I am a loyal Dunkin customer, but No matter what time of day I go, the service is incredibly slow even with nobody else there. I place my order ahead of time and every single time I still end up waiting 10+ minutes for my order. The staff seem unbothered to have a sense of urgency. I avoid this dunkin mostly but in a pinch I’ve stopped a few times and each time has been awful. Sometimes the staff are nice but honestly, I’d rather have my order correct, taste good and be done in an efficient amount of time rather than concerning myself with pleasant staff. they should go hand in hand, and it's always the latter. and other times everyone just seems to be standing around not interested in working. this is my least favorite location and there's two in opposite directions of this location about 5 minutes each that ill just go to from now on. save yourself the headache.

Never gets the orders correct, rude staff. Just count all the negative 1 star reviews. Only been there twice and that's because i give a second chance or maybe a bad day...but everyday from what I see is a bad day for this location. Shut it down and put up something useful and more enjoyably like a tooth pulling clinic.

Well… They had no idea how to make a macchiato…a woman with short curly hair was working & handed me the drink completed blended…… a macchiato should be layered but okay… with that said….they were also sold out of basically every donut. Please make it make sense. The parking lot situation there & getting into the establishment made no sense either…. You have to walk around the building thru the drive thru or over the grass to walk inside………

Completely frustrated with my experience. Bought an iced coffee thru the mobile app. It states free coffee Monday with a purchase. We payed for the iced coffee and they refused to give us the free coffee. Said we had to buy something….which we did, and iced coffee. He kept arguing with us so we said just forget it. Very frustrating….I will never go to the Dunkin location again. No stars.

This looks like a new branch for Dunkin, so you’d think they’d be really good. Unfortunately, this is probably the worst location I’ve visited. The employees seem clueless and lacking leadership.I work two minutes away and come here often, just to be disappointed every time. They don’t know the difference between cold brew and iced coffee. Food is always over cooked to a hockey puck. There could be no drive through line, yet you still wait ten minutes for two items. They have signs out front saying, “new management,” but there’s been no change in service or quality.If you drive five more minutes down the road, you’ll get to another Dunkin branch that is impeccable. Employees at this branch should follow their example. I’m be driving the extra five minutes from now on.

we love Dunkin but this location really sucks. staff are quite rude, and the coffee always has way too much creamer & sugar. we even ask them for less and the iced coffees still come out almost white. most of the time we can't even drink them with how much sugar they put in. go to any other Dunkin.

If you order here, you’re guaranteed to get half of your order or something you didn’t even order. I’ve given this place way too many chances since it opened and without fail every single visit has been a disappointment. This place needs to be bulldozed, I’m sick of wasting my money here and after today i’m officially done giving this location any more of my money.
