They don’t serve hot foods at this location and the lobby is closed because they are basically alway short staffed. Wishes these places would just pay workers more. The lady who serves me coffee at the window is alway nice which is why I didn’t give them only 1 star.
Just have been through the drive thru but have had no complaints yet. The staff seem to be thoroughly trained now, and I really like how they have a second window for larger orders that can be bypassed to the exit if you're just getting coffee. Apparently the inside should have some upgrades over the older Dunkin stores but haven't had a chance to go in yet.

Just read reviews and experienced the worker talking on the drive thru asking "is that it" after every item. Very rude and miserable. Was hoping this location would be better then the last but apparently not. Sucks cause I love DD but I'll stick to the one on Hamilton Blvd on my way to work.
