Ordered online and arrived at the pickup time to be told they didn't see my order. Waited an additional 20 minutes and they found it (it was now cold). Staff was incredibly rude. Got home and the pizza was so thin you could see through it (got the crazy bread stuffed crust). Never again. This location should be shut down.

Their Detroit Deep dish used to be the best around at a price you can't beat, but today it was unedible and even looked awful. Flavorless, unevenly spread sauce and overcooked, hard crust yet still gooey (is your pizza oven broken or something?) I submitted a complaint to Customer Service seeing that management doesn't respond to customer complaints on previous reviews. It seems they don't care about keeping business so I won't be coming back.

Ordered delivery and got a half cooked sloppy pizza and the crazy bread wasn’t even crazy bread, it was pretzel bread. Tried to call the store and they won’t answer. Called delivery service and the rep said the best they can do is refund 65%. They won’t send out a new order since this one was terrible!! Talk about poor quality andservice.

Once a great location, gone down hill.Good luck calling and placing an order via phone, they never answer. Ever. Want to order a pretzel crust? “You can only order it through the app.”, yet any other location has no problem ringing it up. Unfortunately there’s modifications I like to make that the app just doesn’t allow sometimes. So it’s nice to call and place the order instead of having to wait around for it.
