“Honestly it was all about the ROLL, which was WONDERFUL.
Veg ingredients inside the roll really needed SALT, and I rarely feel the need to add salt to food.
What kept me eating veg half size hoagie was that roll. Apparently it was made by Egypt Star Bakery, which is right next door.”

“UPDATE: Went back Thursday, May 10th and tried the meatballs. They were good, but the wings and Prime Rib Sliders are still the favorites for me. Went out to eat Sunday evening, at Capo and Co, in Emmaus. I can't say enough about the food and service. My favorites are the wings. I will never go anywhere else for wings again! I got plain to dip in their horseradish sauce, and my boyfriend got sweet chili. They were amazing! The prime rib sliders melt like butter in your mouth. The toppers in the Bloody Mary included a fat slice of provolone, sweet Gherkins pickle, bacon, olives and more. The atmosphere was cozy and yet so roomy. The place was immaculately clean and the presentation of the food was first class. A must try for everyone!”

“It's mainly a hot dog place but has pierogies and other stuff too. Local tradition & following. Easy to get to. Pretty darn good!!!

Parking: Ample parking. Might get crowded around lunchtime, but you should be able to park no problem. There is a lot of takeout and drive-through customers.

“Great sandwiches. However, prices going up with inflation is one thing, at least don't skimp on the ingredients, last two times I've noticed chicken ch stk didn't even fill out the roll. Ends were just bread, I've been long time favorite, fill the sandwiches like Biaggios ,”

“My first apartment was in Emmaus and I could live off their supreme pizza for 3 days happily. 30 years later and I'm back. They're always accommodating with my odd requests. I had linguini with garlic and oil last night, but requested to add capers and anchovies. It was exactly what I wanted! So good! The staff is exceptional”

“Best Burgers in the Lehigh Valley. We were a party of four and eat in the house. We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Seated immediately and enjoyed the atmosphere while waiting for our food. The wait staff was OUTSTANDING and all (four) burgers cooked perfectly. The food was extremely tasty and priced right.
