DON'T GO TO BOB'S!!!
I ordered a medium rare steak that came out well done. I tried sending it back and the server informed me the manager doesn't talk to customers and refuses to take food back.
OUR SERVER LITTERALLY TOLD US SHE WAS EMBARRASSED TO WORK THERE.
I was charged full price for a steak I couldn't eat.

Our medium steak came out charred and cooked well done. The manager refused to speak to us or take it off our bill. There were two other tables that walked out while we were there. The manager was screaming at a group of people whose food was cooked poorly. Will never be back!
The best part of our meal was the fight that broke out in the kitchen, resulting in quite the police presence. Food was way overpriced for the lack of seasoning. Not even the blue cheese butter had salt, which is crazy since blue cheese typically has flavor. Disappointing to spend as much as we did when we’ve had better steak at Longhorn.
