Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! We first went to Cheddars down in Florida and we LOVED it!!! My wife found out there was one in Erie PA, so we planned a weekend getaway in Erie just so we could eat there again!!!
Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a national treasure. The delicious honey covered croissants are complimentary but if you want more and you will, they're only $1.99. The southern fried chicken is smothered in gravy and my go to for the affordable double breast that is so good warmed up its like dinner and lunch you actually look forward to the next day. The chocolate cake sundae was so decadent it made me sneeze. The service was incredible especially in an absolute blizzard....
This review is for my server Kulay in particular, big fan here. She nailed the simple steps, the ones most people skip in the service industry. Polite, smiles, introduced herself by name. I was her last customer, late on a Sunday. That's not fun for anyone. But she was nothing but 100% pleasant. I came in off of a long, cold work day, and she was perfect. Didn't bat an eye when I ordered two beers at once, and she even kinda made fun of me for sending back my baked potato...
