I had the worst experience with Chinese takeout. Happy Garden, located on State Street, served lo mein that tasted like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes and blew the smoke into the noodles. The food was cold, and I called them to see if I could get some kind of reimbursement. The guy basically said 'no refund' and told me that their lo mein tastes good and taste like lo mein. Yummy food! That accommodated my request to leave out green peppers. Fast service.
