I bought an apple pie from Family dollar. I can say it's the worst apple pie I ever tasted!! The initial chemical taste biting into, only is tasted throughout the pie. The after taste is horrendous. Coming from upstate I thought it would be much better. Never another one!

Today was my last day. I literally just walked out after the audacity from the staff employed at JTM. I started last week on the Crispy Line and I do not recommend applying to a place of employment. Staff are completely miserable and not to mention the lack of training. Also, the disrespect from their staff, attitude for no reason. Yes, I did give attitude back because you’re not going to disrespect me. You’re pretty much standing around doing nothing. Complete waste of time. I went to HR with issue and I told them my concerns and they transfer me to D Line to learn the wrapper position. Well, that was a joke because the trainer named Shyla. She was a very rude. You could tell she didn’t want to train me. She gave me attitude for the most part. So I just watch over the curve because at this point, what else was I suppose to do. She complain almost every day about being tired and wanted to go home. Then, apparently one of the staff seen me sitting. I can admit that I should have not been sitting. I do take accountability for that. But, don’t bring me to the HR office and tried to turn the tables on me when clearly you don’t care to hear me out. Like, I had a good feeling I shouldn’t have come in today. The job is a joke. HR does not care. Thankfully, I found something else.

I love their pies, especially the ? lemon pies! I buy them all the time! Usually from Amazon.com.When the package came today, I read the bottom of the box and saw they are made right here in Erie, where I live! Will have to do some investigating to see if I can buy them directly from JTM Foods.

Update: Liked the cherryso I tried the apple. I like apple pie more than cherry pie so no shocker I liked these more than the cherry. And I loved the cherry. These are fantastic!-----------------------------Picked these up on a lark. Liked that they were minis. They were even a couple days out of date (my fault for not noticing). They are the perfect size. Cherry pie is usually not my favorite but I liked these alot and would definitely get them again and would love to try some of their other flavors. The crust is good with a very slight glaze

I had a problem with one of their fried eyes and called them. And they handled it with extreme kindness and Solve the issue so I really appreciate them and I always will do business with them from here on out. I will never eat a fried pie from anybody else, but JTM foods LLC.

I recently bought a JJ's Bakery pie that was disgustingly old - so, old that the interior was hard. Upon examination, I realized that the only date on the box was on the INSIDE, where no consumer (or distributor) can even see it. I contacted JJ's, and they could not possibly care less that consumers get ripped off buying their decrepit, old pies! They just blamed the distributor for not rotating the stock. Or course, it's kind of difficult to understand how one would do that when there is NO VISIBLE DATE. JJ's also informed my about how all of their pies are frozen, so there simply is no such thing as fresh product from JJ's. Just stay away. They're cheap, their old, and their maker doesn't stand behind them.

What is shown on box and what you get in a JJs pies are two totally different things ? They are disgusting. Limp, soggy brown blob with goo. This is false advertising at the least.
