The food is great and the staff is friendly but the restaurant is a bit dirty, the restrooms were awful and look like they haven’t been cleaned in about 10 years, absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointed! We ordered 2 large bacon club subs with mayo, when we got home there was no Lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo on them. They were also very greasy. They did remake them for us but they sure aren't like they used to be. This is the east 38th street location. I think we'll be crossing them off our list, so sad because they used to be good.

Stopped in around 6:00pm Fri evening about 6:00pmOrdered my food only to find out I would be there for over 30 minIt wasn't busy but the three girls working didn't have a clueTwo of the girls were using the f word behind the counter and had no idea what they were doing. One of the girls was in LaLa land as to what she was supposed to be doing. Orders done out of order. One girl perfectly fine when I came in and then deathly sick minutes later. One person called in their order before I was even there and was still there after I left 30 min later. There was a total of 6/7 subs made in this period of time. One girl wanting to put lettuce and tomato on a meatball subNot good for business as two of us there agreed our experience was a joke this eveNo roast beef on fri nite. ??????Be awhile before two of us will be backWithout some type of supervision and proper training these three will ruin your businessSorry about the poor review. I was disappointed and I'm a regular customer

Service was very slow. Our order was wrong! I've been going here for a very long time and have never experienced the service I received tonight. Busy Friday night and only 2 people working. They were out of a lot of stuff including meats to make subs. No steak for steak salad. I was asked the open the bag for my food because she could not open with gloves on and she left me hanging and I had to bag my good myself. All the people waiting were not in a good mood! Come on Theresa's, people have praised you for years and now this! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

This was an interesting inclusion on my sandwich. Really appetizing to have to pull this out of my mouth mid-chew. How disgusting.It was a chicken tender sub, too. No reason for this to be on there. Maybe it's used to separate portions of deli meat? But this was added after the chicken was fried. Awesome.

Needed food for 50 people for a family funeral and Teresa’s could not have been more organized and professional! Kudos to the manager!!! Food was very good and reasonably priced!

I have been getting food at this location for years, it has always been awesome. I got a party salad for my daughter's graduation party I ordered the biggest one they had because I have gotten it many times before. I was very disappointed it was the same size as their small part sized salad used to be, they said it would feed 40 people. Uh no way I had to order another one from Velerios and go pick it up. That one was much bigger. I also ordered rigatoni it had a little drizzle of sauce on it, all of the noodles on the bottom were totally dry and stuck together, I had to also go and buy 3 jars of sauce to mix in. Was very disappointed, I also paid $124.00 dollars for the food. Definitely got ripped off, I will not be going back again...I understand things are more expensive now but that was really bad. I never write bad reviews. But I felt they really let me down after all these years I have supported them.
