One of my favorite places in Erie! I go a few times a month for lunch. I also love their events with the Erie Otters.
Ordered a chicken sandwhich with everything on it, coleslaw, pickles etc. No one informed me while ordered the kitchen was “out” of everything that goes on my sandwhich, so I was served a mediocre and dry piece of chicken between a bun for $16. When it was brought to the kitchen staffs attention not only do they give me attitude when proceeding to tell me they were out of everything while serving my girlfriend a burger with pickles that should have been on mine. I purchased 2 gift cards for people as. Christmas gifts. When one of my friends went in to use his it showed $0 balance. He was told “there’s nothing they can do about it because they updated their computer system and can’t “look them up” and a lot of people were upset because of it! “. Terrible business model. I won’t be purchasing anything there in the future.
