First my order was fast and the hospitality is second to none, I had to compliment their wonderful establishment and their amazing food and he brought me out a complimentary ice cream which was such a wonderful gesture of how they want to make their customers feel, we need more places just like this one, definitely a go to spot! And take a look at the presentation, food beauty at its best!!!“
“WOW. I've never had better omakase, even in NYC. Stellar tasting menu, really great price given how much you get, both in terms of quantity and variety. Lovely ambiance, attentive servers, and the fish is excellent. I had their lunch as well - I was not blown away the way I was with the dinner tasting menu, but it was still really good for the price. Will definitely be coming back as often as I can.“

“Came here several times and we always have an amazing experience! The food is great quality and so delicious!! Every singe item we tried was yummy so just order whatever sounds good to you! (But I will say that the gyoza is the best I've ever had). The atmosphere in the restaurant is awesome. If you get the chance, try out one of their rooms for dining - it's a really fun experience. You sit on cushions on the floor but there is a cutout underneath the table where your legs can go to sit comfortably as if on a chair.Anyways, amazing experience! Definitely recommend!“
“I am really bouncing between three and four stars here, so I'll give it four stars for the sushi and three stars for all of the other entrees and service. I dined here with my family on a weekend night recently and there wasn't any wait, but they were moderately full for a Saturday. Immediately it was impossible to figure out who was waiting on us, who was taking orders and who was doing what. We finally got our drink orders taken and were able to place our food orders. As someone with food allergies, it was a crap shoot because they had no concept of food allergies and certainly not of cross contamination. The edamame we ordered as an appetizer came after our main courses had already come out (and even then, only after we asked about it). The food was slow to come and it didn't seem to correspond to the amount of customers in the restaurant nor to a high volume of take out orders. They also were unable to come by to fill up water or tea and it was difficult to get their attention. There were three people working the front of house and there was a buzz of chaos the entire time that was not correlated to the volume of customers. The sushi was enjoyed and our sushi "connoisseurs" enjoyed the sushi a lot. I had the lobster miso which consisted of highly rubberized fake lobster meat that had been overcooked in the miso broth with probably almost half of a white onion which destroyed the broth. The "lobster meat" was undistinguishable as lobster meat as it was cut in tiny pieces. The salmon teriyaki was over-sauced and on almost an entire grilled onion. They sure do love their onions here. So a mixed bag. I might come back for the sushi. But only if I was really hungry and needed more onion in my life.“

“Hibachi is always a fun way to have a group dinner. Our chef was a little new and a little nervous but kept the vibes good and the food was great. A couple mistakes here and there but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment. The servers were pleasant and service was quick.“

“Bento! Bento! Bento! A lot of people have this stigma that grocery stores sushi is not good. Normally I would agree with you however! Not here sweetheart. Not here! All ShopRite locations have different sushi companies that come to their store- prepare package sushi - clean up and move on to the next location.You have to look for the ShopRite that mentions Bento sushi, such as this location. If my memory serves me correctly it says bento sushi next to the ShopRite sign out front“
“Great spot on the TCNJ campus for good sushi. The rolls are delicious and HUGE! The owners are great and the staff is kind and pleasant. It's typically very busy. Which is a testament to the quality of the menu. There isn't a better sushi place anywhere in the general area. They have a caterpillar roll that isn't on the menu, and egg drop soup... Don't be scared to ask for either!“
“The BEST hibachi ever! I’ve been to a few different ones in the area but none have ever been good as A1. This has been our go to for more than a decade now for our family. Food is always consistent & delicious (the salad dressing they use especially ?… I need that recipe!) And our cooks are always super fun & entertaining. Love it here!“
