“I have enjoyed this place since it opened! The staff is magnificent. They are personable and take care of you! The atmosphere is wonderful. It is a wood decor. There is not a lot of seating inside, but there is ample seating outside. There is a good size parking lot (approximately 15 spots) and more parking right out front. The food and coffee is wonderful!The lattes are not extremely sweet of the syrups I get. This is a preference of mine real and strong coffee locally roasted!“

“From the tasting to after the wedding, Bredenbeck’s was amazing! The cake came out EXACTLY how I expected it to. It was beautiful! And it tasted amazing! All of my guests really loved every layer (each one was a different flavor). We had a small issue with the filling but Bredenbeck’s rectified the issue right away and took accountability! “Stumbled across this hidden gem in Norristown while waiting for the shuttle to the elmwood park zoo. This place has so many options from fresh juices, homemade ice cream, popsicles, ice cream, desserts and lunch options. The service is awesome too , the person helping us offered different samples to see what we would like before purchasing and explained all the ingredients in certain options. The interior is so cute and colorful , definitely feel like your transported to Mexico when you walk inside. The crepe was amazing and light and the mangonada was spicy, sour and sweet. The perfect combination, will definitely be back to try more things !“

“We came in on a December Thursday night and were the only ones in the store. You're able to sample any flavor you want, which was great. We ended up getting thin mint and a pumpkin, which were both delicious. The sad part about winter is that not many people are coming in for ice cream, so the ice cream itself wasn't as creamy and had some ice chunks. I've come in the summer and thought the ice cream was delicious then. Give it a try if you're in the area!“

“Really love this place. I went there on a sweltering summer day to pick up an order my girlfriend had placed. There was a mixup finding the order (not their fault, I was working with incomplete information) but the staff was friendly and understanding the whole time. When we got it all resolved I was able to pick up what I went there for and got an ice cream sandwich for the road. Really delicious vegan Ice cream and cool folks! Float Dreamery is a great addition to the neighborhood and I'm looking forward to visiting again!“

“Philadelphia has several excellent small batch ice cream platforms for your tasty enjoyment. Weckerly's on Girard Avenue in Fishtown, is one of them. I was recently there for a Yelp Event where we sampled a scoop of one of two available flavors. It was smooth, silky, sweet and addictive. In addition, I purchased a take home Classic Sandwich (Vanilla ice cream between Chocolate Wafers), which was even more compelling that the Graham Berry concoction tasted while in the house. The sandwich was thick with 'scream - more than an inch wide - while the choco layer was stable enough to hold the opus together and last to the very last lickin' bite. The vanilla was creamy and inviting; while the wafer offered a soft embrace with mild flavor that did not dominate their combination. Family loved it, too. Made me wish I had started with those other mixtures which were definitely the best way to experience what Weckerly's really had to showcase. Apple Breakfast, or any flavor between shortbread cookies....Are you kidding me?!?! Return visit mandatory!“

The integrity starts to get weak, due to absorption of the liquid, if you don't finish it fast enough. I do like the environmentally-friendly idea, though. I mean they have 8+ ice cream flavors and like 12+ water ice flavors! Never seen so many opinions at any Rita’s. Since they live pretty close to it, I always walk here and on a hot summer day after sweating and walking to this place, it is always a nice treat to order some delicious shaved ice. I personally love the lemon flavor because its not too sweet or sour. I've had the cherry one, but personally that one is too sweet for my liking. “The best ice cream in the area and surroundings. I come here very often. Mostly after dinner. The service has always been friendly. Some of my favorite flavors are: butter brickle, candy cane and maple walnut. I've had almost all flavors and they're all good. They have a little shop inside with your favorite ice cream flavors in a larger quantity. Also they have good egg nog available during the holidays. Lastly, mini golf is a fun addition.“

This isn't my closest Rita's, but we went because the owner was hosting a fundraiser for an important charity for my friends' foundation, Harp's Hope. The owner was exceptionally nice, taking time to speak with us, separate from the fundraiser. They had all the usual Rita's goodies and some great specials as well, such as mint chocolate chip water ice with Oreo blended with either vanilla or chocolate custard shown in photo with vanilla custard).
