“Very convenient and friendly Starbucks location! Has plenty of seating and space between seating. It’s next door to The Holiday Inn on Pennsylvania ave, so if you’re staying there you literally need to take 10 steps and pick up your brew.The staff is very friendly and fast.Parking: They have the standard parking section on one side where the main entrance is, with ample parking, and a separate mobile orders section right in front of the side door where all mobile orders are placed. Super convenient and smartly thought through!“

“I just started coming to this Dunkin because my office changed locations and this is close to work. I must say, the service here is by far the best I have had at ANY Dunkin. I will wait and drive an hour to work and pass many other Dunkin's just to visit this one because of how amazing the drive through staff is. They smile, laugh, joke with you early in the morning and it's a great start to my day. As a hiring manager in customer service, I want to selfishly steal their employees. You guys are the absolute best. Keep making a difference, because although it may seem like "just coffee" I'm sure there are many like me who look forward to seeing you each day.“

“I have enjoyed this place since it opened! The staff is magnificent. They are personable and take care of you! The atmosphere is wonderful. It is a wood decor. There is not a lot of seating inside, but there is ample seating outside. There is a good size parking lot (approximately 15 spots) and more parking right out front. The food and coffee is wonderful!The lattes are not extremely sweet of the syrups I get. This is a preference of mine real and strong coffee locally roasted!“

“I've tried Top Hat Coffee Lounge by the UPenn campus, but I'm glad I discovered this new location! It's definitely hidden within a plaza and is situated within the walkway as you exit Saks Fifth Avenue. While the space is small, there is still plenty to order in terms of drinks and several pastries as well. The staff greeted us with a very warm welcome and was patient while we decided on our drinks. My friend and I both ordered oat matcha lattes, which were delicious and tasted like high-quality matcha as we were told :) The added perk is that he did not charge us for substituting our milk with oat milk, so thank you for that!“

They serve traditional café fare here, as well as signature flavored lattes, craft coffee drinks, and many cocktails with a coffee or tea twist. Every week, there's also a new special on the menu. They also allow guests to bring food, so you can cozy up with a drink and some bites and hang out late into the night (which we have done many times!)Vegetarian options: Almost all drinks are vegetarian, and vegan milk alternatives are available upon request.“

The toasts are always done really great-- bread is soft, ricotta is creamy, both avocado and fruit are so delicious. Everything is made with care. I plan to revisit this bakery regularly (but bringing my reusable cups if there's an option to use them).The only thing I would like to suggest is using regular ceramic or glass cups. I was quite disappointed to see single-use cups exclusively.“

“Everything was great at the jem, ordered a breakfast platter with bacon as my choice meat. I was surprised that they didn't cheap out in the bacon. There were more pieces than I expected, and I was definitely not upset about it. The atmosphere was really busy, but the food was still right on time. “The crepes are great, and there are plenty of good vegetarian savory options, especially looking at the build your own option. The side salad is a highlight! We also tried the French toast crepe, which has an egg incorporated into the batter. Interesting. The espresso is good but the cappuccino is weird; they don't pour the milk through the crema at all, so it's mostly foam on top of a single shot. It can be folded through but I think next time I'd just get an espresso here. I really like that they have reusable cutlery and crockery, and service is brisk even when they're crowded. They also have a bunch of pastries if you're looking to grab and go. No parking lot but free street parking up to two hours. Friendly staff.“

“I enjoy Highpoint so much. The food is always delicious. I love the savory quiches. I’m pretty plain ordering herb tea or decaffeinated coffee. On the day we went there was only one staff for a very busy and full cafe. I hope the owners pay their people well and wish they had a plan for a sub to help out. Our barista was working very hard.“

Seats were available in the front however, we decided to go to the back and sit. They have two (very clean) restrooms available.I ordered the BLT with the chipotle sauce, it came with a bag of potato chips. I also got the tropical green tea (hot). Everything tasted great.“
