My steak was supposed to be medium well, it was burnt & very tough to eat. My cats enjoyed it when we got home. Everyth8ng else was great.. refills on drinks & bread was excellent, she worked hard...We had a large party of like 12...and tables were put in a long line...need breaks in between some tables so don't have to sliiiiiiiide the length of the bench. I am disabled, it was hard to get in and out. Service was excellent! Great atmosphere.
Our women's group from church met here for a ladies fellowship luncheon on a Thursday around 11am-at opening. The food was good, but it was the staff that made the experience wonderful. There were about 11 of us women, and the servers who attended to us were fantastic. They were efficient, kind, and gave us excellent attentive service. Serving is a tough job, but these folks did it with ease and grace. Thank you, Outback!
