“We stopped for dinner 430ish on a Friday, the place was very clean and friendly. The menu was a specialized menu with a bunch of customer recommended #1s, it was very hard to choose what meals we would be selecting off the menu due to the whole menu was packed with excellent dinner choices. I settled for the Meatloaf special off the house special board (Amazing), and my wife chose the Chicken Picata (Amazing), these are two of most recommended dinner choices by the house and a few friends of ours. We both ordered the House Merlot with dinner which was a good choice on our part (perfect) along with the wine the house places a large flip top bottle of ice cold water on your table for you to drink at your will. Paired with our meals were a side of mashed potatoes and cooked carrots with a side salad (all were perfect). If all of this amazing meal wasn't enough, we had to order the Zattola homemade ice cream over the house made brownie for dessert... everything was way to good to not finish... We left this place absolutely stuffed, and pleasantly pleased with our experience... one side note I would have to say if you chose to go there, please have a conversation with your servers and staff, we spoke to an older gentlemen who I still don't believe he is in his 70s, he was one the most kind, and personable staff I've ever encountered at a restaurant, he made us feel like family and like he knew us for ever, he stated how the food is prepared and the history of the recipes, you could tell he absolutely loves this place along with the owners and he firmly believes in the quality this place provides. The food was definitely enough for us to go back, but just having the small interactions with the gentleman makes me feel that we will absolutely go back... Im sure anyone who has been to this place and has interacted with this gentlemen could probably attest to what I'm saying, as he spoke to everyone... the world needs more people like him in it!!! “The environment was wonderful. And the food was excellent. Had an outstanding salad to start my meal, followed by shrimp wrapped with bacon as an appetizer. For dinner, we had a burger, Lobster Ravioli, and Chicken and bisquits. Everything was wonderful.“

“I've lived near here for 9 years and finally made it to this place. A great spot in Aspinwall. We were able to get a reservation with short notice on a Friday night. Ambiance here is really nice, most of the dining area is outdoors (watch out for lantern flies). Our waiter was great, very attentive and friendly. They have a great cocktail list. I had the Frontporch Burger, it was great, I liked that it was served on focaccia. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend a visit.“

Fries were awesome, burgers were great (I got the double smash burger and my boyfriend got the breakfast burger), and the milkshakes were yummy (fruity pebbles and Choco taco).When we went last month, it was cold outside and the part of the restaurant we were in at the front was very chilly. There were a couple heaters in that section, but they weren't near us so they didn't help.“

The wings were a good balance of smokey and heat. We also got beer cheese and bacon on our fries and it was delicious. I also can agree with the famous being added to the description of their reuben sandwich.Portion size was good. Everyone at our table was happy with what we ordered. The ranch dressing that came out with the wings I can only guess was made in-house, was wonderful on the wings and fries or I imagine anything else you would want to dip in.I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area or anyone coming to the area as we are only in town for an event.“

“Great Pittsburgh restaurant! Period. Bar food elevated to a point that it is better than bar food yet affordable and delicious. A spiked shake is fun for the adults and the virgin versions make it a bit of devilious escape for the whole family. Visit if you can.“

“Gianna was my waitress and she was fast and efficient! I got the pub salad with mesulin gorgonzola red onions marinated tomatoes and the protein was grilled chicken with a lemon vinaigrette.. WOW was this good ❤️ I was also in a bit of a hurry so I only ate half. That's where Gianna sprang into action. She had everything at my table in minutes. She was great and so was my salad that I ate later that evening. I will be back and do highly recommend!!“

“This place is great!The owner is really nice. The building is huge and well maintained. There's pool tables and games and TVs and a huge bar. This is totally the place to go.I ordered a dozen and a half whole jumbo wings for pickup. $18. ($12.99 for a dozen.) He threw in extra wings cause he was worried a couple of them were small.I was blown away with how good the wings were and even more impressed by the price point. I rate these as top tier, entree-grade wings.As we all know, there are so many varieties of wings and personal wing preferences. So, let's get into it.The wings are baked and then fried, creating a really interesting and unique taste. They are totally naked, there isn't any breading - not even a light dusting. This means they aren't as crunchy as other wings, but some of us actually prefer naked whole wings. Even without any breading, they have a great outer texture and we're cooked perfectly.The Hot Garlic wings were my favorite. The sauce complements the naked-baked-then-fried cooking style to create a fantastic taste. This will be my go to when I return (and at these prices, I'll be back often).The Seasoned wings were very good, but different than I've ever had. Instead of a dry rub, it was almost like they had a light butter coating to them and then seasoning was applied. It could also be that since they are totally naked, the fat in the skin melts and stays wet. Or it could be oil left over from the fryer, but I kind of doubt that. Either way, they were not dry.The Seasoned wings are going to come down to personal preference. “I grew up in Hampton Township and remember when this location used to be a Wendy's as many local Hamptonites would remember. How things have improved and I'm sure in a way that many Pittsburghers wish had happened 24 Years ago! Great location in a renovated building and despite the newer Primanti Brothers being installed around Pittsburgh; This Primanti Brothers in my opinion still serves as the best facility for Sports watching and hanging out bar-none as far as Primanti Brothers go with that one exception for the Strip District location which remains a special place in any Pittsburghers heart.Great location. Great view while eating. Great atmosphere and great food.Live Music would be a nice tough in the Summer.“

“They have a special until the end of January you get a appetizer to share and 2 entrees for $20! It's one of the original sandwiches. Appetizer selection includes mozzarella wedges, bacon cheese and ranch fries or cheese fries or fried pickles. Portions are huge. I went with my daughter and we both brought half of our food home. Service is fast and friendly. Place is clean.“
