“Jeramiah and the staff at The West are the best. They have made planning a wedding enjoyable. The food at the tasting was amazing. The staff that took care of our family during that event were very polite and professional. The work ethic and dedication Jeramiah has shown us is unbelievable. “Ok, I'm impressed...and surprised there aren't more reviews here. I'd been wanting to try IP for quite a while, but the times I saw the truck just weren't convenient for my plans. But today I drove by and was so excited to see them there (by Wilson's furniture). I tried the dirty fries (pulled pork and slaw), which they will make sweet or spicy according to your preference (I got a balance). I wasn't thrilled about the $8 price, but I figured it was worth a try once...but it was HUGE. I was shocked at how big the serving was. It was honestly more than enough for a meal for two. Great flavor too, just really done well. Looking forward to trying their pierogis.“
“We stopped in during our trip back home from Beckley. The atmosphere is beautiful, it's rustic, the view from the patio is gorgeous, the staff is amazingly friendly (really enjoyed meeting the owners who were working the kitchen!), and the food was phenomenal! We will definitely be coming back on the bike to enjoy it again!“
“I was visiting town and stopped by Gorbo's for a few beers. There were some very welcoming regulars at the bar. They were an awesome group to hang with. Gorbo's is a hidden gem of a dive bar. The prices, food, and service were awesome. Be sure to check it out!“
“since moving here, the Char House has been one of my favorite places. A friend from out of town and I had dinner last night and it was phenomenal. Our waitress Amanda was so sweet and kind. I decided to try something new (Chicken Piccata) instead of the Ahi Tuna and it was EXCELLENT. Might be my new favorite. I can’t recommend the Char House enough for great dinner, drinks and atmosphere!“
“Ordered their corn chowder and loved it. Only problem is its a special and cant order it anytime. They have really good soups and sandwiches. My fiance likes their reubens. Not to many places you can order from to go and it be like a home cooked meal.“
“Food was very good, except the chicken salad. It had a lot of boiled egg in it, which I was not expecting and it turned me off. Everything else was very tasty. Service was great for our large party, except the wait was longer than the 25 minutes we were quoted by quite a bit. Once we were seated, things went great. Will return again, just won't order chicken salad.“
