“Ok, so first things first, West End Distributers really does have the best selection around. No question about it. They're friendly enough after a few trips in too, rural business style. COVID-wise, it's true that I've rarely seen anyone working there wearing a mask....... BUT the past few times the guy working has been wearing one when I've come in, so that's why I gave four stars instead of less. I cannot guarantee that this will be the case every time, however. Most patrons are masked fortunately, and in increasing numbers! I would say, if you want access to the selection, wear your best mask and make a quick run. I've been doing it for months and have been fine so far (fingers crossed).”

“I can’t believe there is not more reviews for this place!! I wish I would have took pics! The burger was too juicy, too perfect, too amazing, too everything. It was on frickin point!! I loved it so much. My fried said the fish was better then others in the area! I will be back to the place all the time for a good burger! Not many like this in the area.”

“Food is decent, pretty expensive tho. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. For cheese steak wings salad and fries it took all of about 1hr. From entering order to leaving the restaurant. They tell you 30 minutes at least when you order then take your 10-15minute drive there and then wait another 10 minutes. Yeah there was a couple customers in there. But I can order the same amount of food right down the road at another restaurant and wait 20-30 till I’m home with food not 1hr. Good people in there though.”

“Do not judge a book by its cover on this place. Inside is very cozy and the food is freshly home made not packaged. Quality is hard to come by these days and this place has it. Started off with chicken sausage gnocchi soup, and was blown away with the flavor served with a warm piece of rosemary bread. Then finished with the cheese steak not your average cheese steak, the way the flavors married together was amazing . Everything from the food, the portions to the service was divine. This is definitely our new go to place, when in the area.”

“We got a catering order from Nick's and it was awesome! 4 ft Italian sub was delicious. Antipasta had a great presentation and tasted great. The eggplant parm we ordered I never got to try because everyone was going back for more! Nick and staff were personable and friendly as well! I would definitely order from here again. “I came from NY to this amazing family owned restaurant. The food was amazing that I ended up leaving with frozen pasteles to cook when I get home. The pasteles de yuca was wow. The sorullitos brought me the best memories of my childhood in Puerto Rico. The mofongo de carne frita was amazing. The rotisserie chicken was great too. Definitely coming back. “My family decided to visit Caribbean Deck Cafe while we were vacationing in the Poconos. From the moment we walked in, Shaine treated us like family! He allowed us to taste test a few dishes and we enjoyed talking to him about all kinds of things. As for the food itself, it felt like we were at Shaine's backyard barbeque! He kept piling it on and the portions were huge! We tried the curry goat (my favorite, though everything could arguably be considered a favorite!), the oxtail, stew chicken, and jerk chicken - each dish was full of flavor, hot/fresh, and oh so satisfying! The curry goat was seasoned to perfection, the oxtail was meaty and tasty, the stew chicken meat was fall-off-the-bone (see photo), and the spicy homemade jerk sauce was out of this world! Anytime we go to the Poconos, we plan on being back here for sure. The sides consisted of plantains and cabbage, and both paired very well with each meal. Rice options are rice and peas or white rice (rice was delicious). We dined in and appreciated the large plates and overall attentive experience. After our meal, Shaine hooked us up with sweet potato pudding and Hennessy cake on the house! And I must say: Both hit the spot! The sweet potato pudding was like a slice of sweet potato pie with pudding consistency - it was hot and sweet, and it was exactly what I needed after the amazing meal. Hennessy cake gave me rum cake vibes (note: I don't drink alcohol and am far from a connoisseur) and it was also great! We want to thank Shaine for really going above and beyond to take care of our family. The Poconos community is blessed to have him and Caribbean Deck Cafe! Every 5-Star Review is well-earned/well-deserved, and you will NOT regret visiting. Very highly recommended!!!”

“Jane’s is the perfect local ice cream shop. My family and I count down the days when winter ends and Jane’s will open again! Great ice cream, other treats, great food selection, and a wonderful picnic area. Even a little play area for kids. Wonderful people and a wonderful experience always!
