“Absolutely adorable little cafe, great gas price, good food and coffee, and most importantly good staff. I'll definitely be coming back here in the mornings from now on to get a little schoolwork done and get my morning coffee. Great work guys, this is a wonderful cafe you've got going. 11/10 would recommend.”
“A delightful hybrid of a market, bakery, garden, nursery, and country store. You can enjoy all kinds of fresh, baked goods, or jarred preserves. Everything has a homemade feel that's a great place to pick up something different and take it with you. They have a wide variety of flowers and small plants for your garden, or around your home. They also have small handcrafted displays that you can purchase for your garden or home. Servers are always friendly and engaging. A stop here definitely gives off vibes of a bygone era when mom and pop stores were all you would find in your town.”
“It's most likely a phase, however, haven eaten here multiple times in the past year it has shockingly, in resent, has declined, noticably. Blue points, 3 were ordered, two of the smallest oysters I ever experienced anywhere and the third was laughably a sliver and in no world should have been served. All condiments and sauces are now served in a plactic cups on the plates, no ceramic ramican dishes. The art of service is deminishing, so if you charge $30 for a pork chop or a roast beef french dip, I suggest that the dip, ketchup and horseradish sauces or vinegar for oyesters shouldn't be in clear two inch plastic cups rattling around the plate! What, Arby's wantabe style? This was dinnertime mind you! I thought the presentation more appropriate if seated on the blacktop out side.”
“Today, my fiance and I walked in to look at the menu. All of the employees were warm and welcoming and it smelled delicious so we decided to place an order to go. While we were waiting, the woman behind the counter was asking how we were enjoying our mango lassi and telling us about the region in India the their recipes are from. The Pineapple Kesari Bath, Mango Lassi and Gulab Jamoon were all so delicious, and we will be going back soon.”
“My husband and I went to De La Terre for a belated Valentine’s Day celebration and had a wonderful time! The ambience was lovely. Well decorated, tables were not crowded, easy to hear conversations and perfect lighting. Everyone was very friendly, and service was prompt but all the food was well timed. We never felt rushed to finish a dish to make room for another. Our amuse-bouche was a morel mushroom stuffed with goat cheese, and a wonderful start to the meal. We ordered the french onion soup, tuna tartare, and beet salad to start. All were the best version we have had. The tuna tartare was bursting with flavor, and the goat cheese ice cream was a wonderful added touch to the beet salad. For mains, my husband had the halibut and I had New York strip with blackened cabbage and a mustard sauce. These were also both divine, perfectly cooked and so flavorful. All in all, we had a lovely time and a fantastic meal. We will be returning!”
“Learned about this place through All Things Chester County page and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Amazing food and great service! Fully recommend if you are looking for authentic eats.?”
“Exceptional South Indian flavors meet modern flair at this rapidly expanding chain restaurant. From dosas to thali, each dish bursts with authentic taste and freshness. Impeccable service and a vibrant atmosphere complement the culinary journey. A must-visit for aficionados of South Indian cuisine, promising a delightful experience every time. If you want to celebrate an occasion with your friends and family, they also have a separate private party room where they serve fresh Indian food”
“On Wednesday, April 3rd, my mother and I embarked on a culinary journey at Persis Indian Restaurant, and what a delightful experience it was.As we stepped inside, the ambiance greeted us warmly, setting the stage for an evening of culinary delights. For starters, we opted for the chicken manchurian and samosas. The chicken manchurian was a revelation, with tender pieces of chicken bathed in a tantalizing sauce that struck the perfect balance between sweet and spicy. The samosas were crisp and golden, filled with a fragrant blend of spiced potatoes and peas. For our main course, I chose the butter chicken, while my mother went for the chicken biryani. The butter chicken was a true delight, with succulent pieces of chicken smothered in a velvety, creamy sauce infused with aromatic spices. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, leaving me craving more with every mouthful. My mother's chicken biryani was equally impressive, with fragrant basmati rice layered with tender chicken and an array of spices that danced on the palate with every forkful.Throughout the meal, the service was impeccable. The portions were generous, leaving us feeling fully satisfied yet already planning our next visit. In conclusion, our dining experience at Persis Indian Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. From the warm ambiance to the exquisite flavors of each dish. We'll certainly be returning to savor more of their delectable offerings in the near future. Highly recommend it.”
“Wow what a place !! The food is always great each time we order out or eat there. The service is amazing and the ambiance wow!! Can't wait to come back again!!”
“The rolls were amazing! Got two special rolls the sweetheart and fireball. Both were delicious! The flavor and texture were amazing, they were also generously filled.I admit, I'm not one to order rolls or sashimi that have slices of raw fish, as I tend to have a hard time with the texture and taste. The first time I was introduced to sashimi it was a thick slice of chewy fish that was not pleasant to my palate. However, Sumo Sushi may have turned this around. The sweetheart roll had a slice of tuna on the outside that was delicately flavored and buttery soft, it may have completely changed my mind about these types of rolls! I look forward to trying more of their selection in the future. Thank you so much!!”
“Food is very good. Even if it were just ok, I would still recommend this place because of the super friendly staff. I always get very good service with a smile.”
“A great local spot for food and drinks. The outdoor seating is spacious and perfect for the upcoming good weather. The menu is small and that’s a good thing because every dish gets the attention it deserves. My chicken was cooked to perfection and the fries are amazingThe atmosphere is great, there was a piano player providing live music for my Friday lunch. It has a local feel with authentic personality.I look forward to coming back to try everything on the menu and some beers.”
“We are hardly ever out this way, but we ALWAYS get food here if we are. You can tell the food is made with care. And the people who work there have been super nice every time. Love, love!”
“We stop in now and again for breakfast. Food is always good. Always meet new people there which is nice. This time service was unparalleled, Caeley (?) is a new standard for service and thank you for making our breakfast fantastic.”
“1st time eating in at Little Chef with my family. I've had their cheesesteak from a to go order before and loved it. But, sitting in and dining in was a different experience, and it was awesome! When my sister and brother visit again from Texas, it's the PLACE they want to go again early for breakfast and come back for lunch! The staff was kind and helpful, which is a big plus! I had a cheesesteak, of course again, and my wife ordered the jambalaya!”
“We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party there yesterday. Kelly was amazing she decorated the party perfectly our theme was unicorn. The service was awesome, the food and ice cream cake were so good. The party games were fun, the prizes for the kids to pick after they won coins was so fun. The price was amazing Kelly sets up and cleans up, buys the decorations, gets the food, they do the ice cream cake, play games, win prizes, party favors, drinks and bowls of snacks are all included in the price. You just show up and have fun. Highly highly recommend.”
“Great food for when we have the poke bowl sushi cravings! The staff is very friendly and they have a wide range of options on the menu. Will be back for more! The dining area is very clean.”
“Absolutely fantastic! Their house made gnocchi was among the best I've ever had. Service was great. Good portion sizes for our selections. I will certainly return!”
“Whoah, unexpectedly great food! Collard greens are fantastic- just perfect, makes me think of my Granny. The burgers were done perfectly; old bay wings- highly recommended to those who like dry wings. And the fried pickles… just great food, well worth the visit!Vegetarian options: Great homemade veggie burger!”
“A hidden gem. This pizza place is very unassuming from the outside, but on the inside they have some of the best pizza I've eaten in Pennsylvania. Buy it by the pie or the slice ? I haven't had a bad meal and I've been sporadically dining here since 2014. Highly recommend.”
“Butterscotch cafe created the perfect atmosphere, lunch, and dessert for my sister’s bridal shower. We cannot thank Nui and her staff enough for the seamless experience we had planning and carrying out our special event. Highly recommend using this space for your private party!!”
“Twin Valley Coffee is a local gem! As I no longer live in the area, I always make sure to stop by when I come into town! Their iced nitro cold brew with sweet cream is amazing, making it my favorite spot for a coffee. I also make sure to stock up on my coffee beans when I visit, the Toasted Coconut Cream beans are my favorite. I am able to take a little piece of home with me wherever I go!”
“Went here with my husband a few weeks ago because we heard good things about the food. Asked the owner for suggestions and he killed it! The samosas were delicious, chicken was flavorful and beef was tender. The owner was very friendly and we'll definitely be returning soon.”
“Overall a great store with delicious cookies. However, when I complained about sub par cookies (I am a loyal customer) the response I got from both the employee who answered the phone and the manager left a bad taste in my mouth.”
“I just ate here tonight for the first time in at least ten years and it's even better than I remember from coming here as a kid. We went for my dad's 70th birthday and though it was busy as all hell our server (I think her name was Brianne) was awesome and totally on point. My brother better have tipped well.I had a Buffalo chicken steak which was amazing, my only complaint is that the Buffalo sauce was a little light and the fried onions were only slightly browned. Fortunately there was a delicious habañero hot sauce bottle on the table that made the steak mostly perfection.I'm not at all disappointed and will be returning.”
“We went to have a drink at the bar while waiting for a pizza to go order. All bar seats were full, but the hostess kindly sat us at a table. Getting our drinks would have been quicker at the bar, but it all worked out. Their pepperoni pizza has the best tasting pepperoni in the area.”
“If you get the chance to stop in to papa marks, don’t hesitate! Joel’s speciality pizza will leave you craving it 24/7. The staff always leaves a smile on my face every-time I come in. It is truly a hidden gem!”
“I grew up on Pudge's cheese steaks and thought as a kid that all cheese steaks were the same, because I only ever had Pudge's. Boy was I wrong. I moved out of Penn Square Village when I was about 20. If you asked me what I miss most, it would be Pudge's. I moved to Pottstown about 25 years ago and looked for a good cheese steak shop. There are a few that are eehh, ok. But none like my childhood Pudge's. It's been 35 years and when I made a FACEBOOK post asking recommendations, a friend said Pudge's. I didn't know that there was a new location in Coventry. I was so excited and not disappointed. It was just like I remember!”
“The service is fast and friendly! We've never had to wait longer than a few minutes for seating, and that was only on a Sunday late morning. The food is delicious and filling. So much variety.Parking: There are two free lots, one on each side of the diner. There are plenty of handicap spaces available as well.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid-friendly food choices, and they provide crayons and paper, too.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp and parking available.”
