We haven't been to this location in years. Came in this Sunday and it was busy. (A large group of 6 or 7 adults plus kids before us, and another one after us.) Only one person working. I think his nametag said "Twig" which was unusual, but the food prep area was clean, he was quick and professional and I even saw him change his gloves. Above and beyond! Periodically my family and I dine in and we have never had a bad experience. This time was a bit of a debacle on my family’s part and the store manager was amazing. My children wouldn’t decide, they wouldn’t cooperate and yet the manager was cool and calm and very nice to both of my children.
