“I was in your store yesterday to pick up a catering order around 5:30pm after confusing my pickup store. The staff there was amazing and helped me carry the bags to my car without asking. “Yesterday I was in your store around 5pm my job sent me to the “wrong” subway to pick up a catering order and when there was a possible error on the order the staff moved quickly to try and resolve it while being polite and efficient while also managing other customers in the store..
