They will accommodate to food allergies within reason (ie changing gloves when asked because I'm allergic to onions). They always have the dining area clean including the seats, floors, drinking station, tables, and bathrooms.They will hold your phone as well if you need to go to the courthouse across the street for a $5 CASH ONLY FEE. “The store is on a small strip mall, which is VERY dark and not well lite…The store was empty, but when I walked in the young lady behind the counter didn’t greet me. I spoke twice before she spoke hesitantly! Was very disappointed with that. She fixed my sandwich in silence, didn’t ask what I wanted. I just volunteered…Went to get a drink, the wasn’t put on properly after cleaning so the drinks sprayed all over me. The gentleman who worked there was apologetic. And he was pleasant. Said farewell. So that’s why more stars weren’t taken away.“
“The customer service at this subway location is one of thee best I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant in a long time. The owner/ manager is very nice and very professional which is why I gave them 5 stars and would have given them more! Restaurant is clean. One reviewer stated they stink but you would have to be right up on them to say something so mean. The kids that worked there before always had their hair hanging in their face. I had to remind the one kid to put gloves on. The new owners keep their hair short, no hair on face, change gloves often very clean. Bathroom is clean, wraps and subs are good. This subway gets 10 stars. ?Dietary restrictions: Glad that there is a choice of dairy free breads and I can omit cheese from my wraps and salads.“
“The staff was polite with customers but the manager was really rude to one of his staff members. I didn't appreciate the way I heard him talk to him like he was a dog. I was gonna say something but then I remembered I can go above him and talk to his boss. So I hope everyone will look out for this when they go in there.“
“A young lady came in after I made my purchase to say her mom's credit card wasnt working. (She apparently left to try an ATM) and politely apologized to the lady at the counter. I turned and said I'd pay for it. (Kids shouldn't go hungry ever) The lady said it was $40. I still agreed. The young lady graciously thanked me. The lady at the counter offered me free food for the gesture and outside a very nice lady (with her children) waited to thank me herself. The world still has good people in it.“

“I've been going to this location for years now, let me clarify what I know so far:-Coupons are for participating locations, read the coupons-Different restaurants pay different taxes therefore different prices-People ask for a sub and then look at the prices on the boards, I would personally look at the boards first-There is a sign that says where the line starts, again I would read anything specially the prices first. Don't be that person that gets surprised for not reading“
