Food was cold,didn't taste good. Save yourself some hassle and go to the Wendy's or Duncan across the street. This place sucks.

I had not eaten here in years. I was please try surprised at how the chicken, gravy and mashed potatoes tasted. The staff was very nice too.I'll be going back there soon!

Seriously? This is the worst Greensburg location Boston Market. Rude, dismissive and lazy. Stopped by at 11:24am today..Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was told to read the sign on the door as they werent serving hot food till noon. I wouldnt have minded waiting BUT Miss Attitude and the 4 other employees standing in there were rude and very dismissive. While I sit here and write this 5 other patrons have been turned away...unexusable when they have the capacity to serve AND prepare the take out orders. Such a shame...Never again.

First time here and I will never return. 1 person behind counter. Waited 15 minutes to give my order, ordered my food and as I was done ordering 2 kids walked in off the street ran behind the counter to help, no uniforms on, didn't wash hands, didn't wear gloves to prepare my order. The original employee behind the counter had asked the one girl who walked in from street Hanna what are you doing you don't work here anymore. My bill was close to $30.00 I was handed my food made by people off the street in street clothes. I had asked for a refund and was told that she didn't know how to do refund and I had to give her my receipt and wait for the general manager to get there tomorrow. I said I was not leaving without a refund and the general manager needed to be call. Moments later she came out with the refund. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Received order incorrectly could not get ahold of the Greensburg store their phone is constantly a busy signal at all hours even when it's off hours and they're not open. Can't get ahold of anyone to refund me for the items I did not receive. The food that I did receive was good however. Will not order again this is terrible customer service!

This used to be a good place and their chicken was really good. Stopped by today and they had “sold out” stickers over most of their menu items. Food was cold and not nearly as good as it used to be. Young man working the counter seemed like he’d rather be anywhere else but there. I hate saying anything negative about staff, but he’s not cut out for this position. Hopefully, he was just having a bad day. We were the only ones dining in. A few people got take out and one couple came in, saw they were “sold out” of nearly everything, then walked out without ordering. What has happened to this place?! Sad.

Have came home after a long day of work and no food on multiple occasions waiting for my food to come and to find out with no one even contacting me they cancelled my order. Very dis pleasing, not really making a good name for themselves or their business.

Steamed vegetables were dry. The couldn't make sandwiches and we're out of turkey. The ice dispenser didn't work well. It used to be better.

Use to love, not anymore. Placed an online order last week, received an email right before I was leaving to pick stating my order was cancelled without explanation. I tried to call the store and there was an instant busy signal. Drove past later that evening and they were open. Was "going" to place an order today so I called first just to make sure they were open and accepting orders. Phone rang 30 times (no exaggeration) before someone picked it up then immediately hung up. Tried 2 more times and the same thing. Boston Market needs to get their act together if they want to stay in business. I am all for supporting local especially during these times but not when they conduct business like this. I will NOT be trying again.
