Love the food but at some point other issues matter more. After being closed for several days last week with a supposed computer issue, they have now changed their hours to open at 12 noon instead of 11 am as the website states. Employee saw me sitting in the parking lot and didn't bother to come out and tell me they changed their hours. Only way I found out was to get out of my vehicle and go to the door and try to get inside when they were suppose to be open. Extremely rude...read full review

I used to love Boston Market & would stop anytime I was near one. The last few times have only been ok. The serving sizes have seemed to go down. The mixed vegetables were baby food ready, as they were over cooked and mushy. The "NEW" Nashville sandwich was just the chicken sandwich with Frank's Red Hot sauce sprinkled on it. I hadn't been to a Boston Market in months and had always had a great experience at this particular location. How ever this time there were a few minor issues this time.First, I specifically asked for mashed potatoes and gravy as a side. After getting home, I discovered there wasn't any gravy. I always thought Boston Market had good gravy so it was kind of a let down. Also, there wasn't any plastic spoons or forks in the bag either.
