Had trouble with Chick-fil-A when I tried to redeem a reward from a survey.The first employee did not know anything about it, another employee was called over, she didn’t know how it works either. I was told I only had two days to redeem it, so it had expired. That’s wrong. Then I was told I had to download the app to get it. That’s wrong. The result was no sandwich that I had been counting on.With all due respect, I think your employees should know about the survey rewards. Missing out on a sandwich is disappointing enough but just as disappointing is the employee that was supposed to help me giving me an attitude. That’s a first for Chick-fil-A.

As everyone knows the wait lines are horrendous. I would eat here more if they made it easier. They used to have curbside delivery where you could order online and pull up to the front and have your food brought out to you. Now you have to wait in extremely long lines and sometimes you get your food before the people in front of you making you sit there with your hot food getting cold until they get their food and can drive off. Terrible customer service!
