After them removing tickets in only having them on the card the system fails multiple times plus you would have to play there for 4 days to get a prize that's worth being there they are so chintzy when it comes to prizes for children. And the kids are always disappointed and crying.
We recently had my daughter's birthday party and we highly recommend it! The party coordinators and manager were very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. The pizza was hot and good. The kids all had enough to eat and the Dippin Dots were a nice addition to the party food. The kids loved the unlimited play during the party option. There was a nice variety of games for all ages. Had a great experience at Chuck E Cheese recently. My kids love the pizza, the music, dancing, and the games! The young man at the front desk, Mason, was very kind and helpful! He made sure none of the kids left without us or with a stranger and carried on a conversation with us like a professional kind man. Thank you!
