“Almost saw me and my wife's 10-year anniversary ruined due to both incompetence and rudeness at another fine dining restaurant here in Greensburg called The Venue, where the table I had reserved more than 2 weeks in advance for this special occasion had been given away to other people. Adding insult to injury, we were then being treated as if we were the ones who had created a problem, so we left and decided to try J. Corks in an attempt to save our evening.Even though we obviously had no reservation at this restaurant, efforts to help us were made immediately when I explained the situation to a staff member. And with success - we managed to get a table right away. What followed was an absolutely delicious meal in a great setting with phenomenal service.We want to express our gratitude to the wonderful staff members of J. Corks for their understanding, cooperation, and hospitality. You truly saved our evening! We definitely know where we will go from now on to celebrate special occasions.”
“HONESTLY THE BEST TASTING Italian food for your money. Tons of leftovers to go home for 2 meals. Chicken Alfredo and Salmon are phenomenal. I would go to olives and peppers any day, then go to Red Lobster or Olive Garden. You will not be disappointed!”
“I've been going to Valozzi's for years, so I know the drill with pricing. But $50+ for a crab cake w a few asparagus spears is high in Chicago, let alone Greensburg. There weren't many entre options under $40. The $14 calamari appetized was way too salty (I have a very high tolerance for salt, so...)- we mentioned this but didn't get much empathy/feedback. The wine by the glass options were disappointing- not expending them to crack a new bottle of Caymus for 2 glasses, but washing down that $55 crab cake with wine from a $15 retail bottle is disappointing. The best value here has always been the pizza- but we were looking for a nice dinner out to sit down and explore some interesting main courses. The place was fairly empty, but we were seated at a small table against the wall (route 30 was immediately behind the wall outside that table leaned against) despite having reservations. Our waiter was nice, and I'm sure we should have complained more/asked to move/asked for the inedible calamari to be taken off our bill. But I didn't have the energy on a Fri. night so I guess shame on me. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back- spending over $150 with one of us having pizza (+2 glasses of sub-par wine) is not the best choice. Sadly, there aren't many good choices left if you are looking to avoid the big box, processed food choices like Olive Garden and Red Lobster in this area.”

“We went to The Venue for a birthday dinner on 3/27/2024. Raspberry Fields Forever martini was excellent - a refreshing cocktail. Beef Wellington was a great starter, filet was tender, which is sometimes difficult to achieve in BW. My girlfriend ordered crab cakes which were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and larger than we expected, too. I chose the special - crab stuffed shrimp with angel hair pasta. Very tasty, and more than I could finish. Ordered chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake for dessert. I always order cheesecake whenever I go out to eat. This was very unique, and more importantly, one of the 2 best cheesecakes I've ever had. The pacing of all courses was well-timed.To echo what others have said, the surroundings were super cool, sort of an old Hollywood vibe. Comfortable seats and ample space on the table.Lastly, Brittany was an incredible server. Friendly, super-attentive, and genuinely kind. Couldn't ask for anyone better.”
“Our softball team ordered takeout from here while playing against Pitt-Greensburg. This was the most organized and accurate delivery we have ever had! Meals were labeled with names and had utensils in each bag. Every order was correct. Delivery was on time and service was friendly. I recommend using Pizza Siena for takeout or delivery if you are ordering for a large group. The food was fantastic and really hit the spot after a long day of softball!”

“I generally come early morning as soon as you open. The girls are always super friendly with a welcoming atmosphere! The coffee is delicious and I enjoy it way more than any other coffee place.Dietary restrictions: They offer a variety of gluten free bakery items!Parking: They have a small parking lot behind the coffee shop fitting 7 cars probably. There’s plenty of street parking along the building and across from it!”
“I’m writing this review based on a catering order placed over the weekend and also all of our past visits to the restaurant. I can tell you how much everyone loved the food! It was all spectacularly prepared and presented beautifully. There were a couple of our guests that had already been to the restaurant and knew they were getting a real treat, but we had A Lot of guests that never tried Sittay’s food before and were totally blown away!!! They made me promise to let you know you have some new customers for life ?.Thanks again for bringing everything out and making a very special day incredibly delicious!”

“Let me start by saying, this deserves 6 stars. The food was fabulous, the size of the entrees was enormous, the atmosphere was wonderful and our server Kassidy was wonderful. It is not often you get both quality and quantity, but here you will. The menu is filled many unique dishes and appetizers. I included photos of the menu for review. We had the baked goat cheese appetizer which Kassidy recommended and it didn't disappoint. In fact this may be the best appetizer I have ever had. The bread was like nothing I have ever had, it was so good. Besides the wonderful entrees, I would recommend getting this appetizer even if you got nothing else. I probably don't have to add this, but I HIGHLY recommend this Jaffre's location if you are looking for a wonderful meal, delicious food and great service.Thank you again Kassidy for the recommendations and helping make our first time at Jaffres in Latrobe extra special.PS: I forgot to mention their fries are fresh cut and AWESOME!Parking: Very large parking lot in the back, with plenty of available parking.”
“The atmosphere here is great, and the rooms for the adoption cats are surprisingly interactive and well designed. Both of the people working here when I went were super nice. I will say they could have used more help since it was pretty busy when I was there, but given that the goal is to direct money to helping shelter kitties as much as possible, it makes sense not to over staff. I only tried the latte flight and a bubble tea. I absolutely loved one of the lattes and really liked a different one, but I thought better flavor development could have been better for the rest. I like the strawberry Boba. I will definitely go back.”
“It's the only thai place in Greensburg and it's not bad, however the food can be a bit of a lottery, especially on heat level. Last time I asked for "Native Thai", and my food didn't have any spice on it whereas the child in our group you a curry and asked for a 1/10 and it was easily a 6 or 7. They have a food robot to deliver food, which is kind of cool, but also... Not? The music selection on it is a bit laughable. The workers are very friendly. The parking situation is a little rough with limited parking come down a very steep hill. There restaurant looks clean, but nothing to talk about either.”

The woman who took our drive thru order was so nice and kind. she heard me tell my daughter I wanted a coffee to put in my travel cup and she offered to take it and fill it. “This is hands-down my new favorite restaurant. The all you can eat lunch is surprisingly affordable and when it comes to the dinner selection, the quality, quantity, and value are unmatched. The variety is fantastic too. I'm normally the type of person who always orders the same one or two things, but I've probably tried almost half of their menu by this point, and everything has been delicious. I HIGHLY recommend the white tiger roll if you stop in for dinner.I also really appreciate that the atmosphere in the restaurant is very welcoming and it's not too loud. You can still have an engaging conversation with everyone at the table without having to raise your voice in order to be heard. All in all, it's an excellent place to unwind and enjoy great food with great friends. I cannot recommend Mr. Tokyo enough. It's truly a cut above the rest.Vegetarian options: The hibachi mixed vegetables and avocado roll are fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. Their avocado salads and their sweet potato rolls are also crowd pleasers.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of delicious vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.”

The waitress was very attentive. We are looking forward to our next visit to LaVitas, a small, welcoming, family style restaurant where it takes you back to dinner at Grandma's. It's a hidden gem in the heart of Greensburg.”
“Great place to check out if you’re in the area of Greensburg, PA.*do note, prices are set the way they are because you are getting great tasting food.* don’t want to say cheap, BUT I also am not saying you will spend millions. Great place to take a first date and share a few apps and check out some good beers.I am pretty particular when it comes to what I want, there were four options and couldn’t make up my mind, so I left it into the hands of the gentleman behind the bar. (Said out of the lot of 4 whatever YOU pick is fine with me) the salmon came to my spot at the bar and I was pleasantly impressed with the plating and the overall helping and proportion of the dish. The garlic butter on top of the fish was melting before my eyes so I quickly gave the salmon a two butter up and down and then removed it placing it with the green beans and mashed potatoes.While I can’t be as articulate as Anthony Bourdain I will say this. Everything about this dish came together when the butter melted and meshed perfectly into the mashed potatoes giving the overall texture a creamy finish. With every slither out of the fish then making my way to the mashed potatoes and lastly the green beans became a perfect bite of all three textures and flavor. (The butter was not the taking over the the flavors of the sides and the salmon) the char on the salmon was perfect which gave a slightly char taste one would get off a bbq or even a cedar plank if you have ever cooked fish on one.The one problem I did end up having was that I also am a creature of habit, so finding something else on the menu next time I go back will be challenging.My last visit I had requested to speak to the chef however he had just made his way out as the dinner rush was over which is totally fine, I will get another opportunity to pick his brain and ask him what to try next.Do go for yourself though, I am sure this will be the spot locals and others will flock to since they do have outdoor seating.Parking is a bit treacherous, but it is what it is.. you’ll understand why when you walk in and see this place packed full of people at the bar and at every filled table.”

“New owner is working to make this place more modern and fun.The fire was a setback for the food, but when he finally reopens the kitchen that will bring people in. Everyday he will have whole wings for 1.25, when everyone else does it once a week, or serves them 8 dollars for 4 wings. The wings were great, the pulled pork his sister makes is amazing, and hopefully a more robust menu then most other clubs will give them an edge.”

I would give this an 8.9 on the One Bite app if it actually had the Yellow Bridge on it. Slightly on the greasy side, but very manageable and nothing to complain over.”
“I called ahead and ordered pizzas to be ready for a specific time for pick up. The person who answered the phone was super nice. I arrived to pick up at the stated time and it was ready as I arrived. No issues with the order. The staff who Rand me up was super friendly and engaging. The pizza is unique in its own right as the sauce is drizzled over the top cheese layer. The edges are crunchy and the crust is just the right thickness, not too thick not too thin! I definitely recommend it! I have ordered from here before and everything I have had from their “chicken lips”, to pierogies and stuffed cabbage had never disappointed!! Give them a try”

“Four Stars overall, 5 stars for their pizza. All of Giannillis food is very good and reasonably priced. Their pizza, in my opinion, is among the best in Greensburg. It is made with dough that I consider traditional pizza dough. I enjoy the whole pie, including the crust.”

“We are new to town, our son just started attending School here. We found DeGinnaro’s on google and this resto was fabulous. Tons of yummy food-you won’t leave hungry! Not a beer lover...Try a Jameson Orange cocktail, Dark n Stormy, or other ?The food was top notch. Flash Fried Calamari, Sautéed Forest Mushrooms, French Onion Crostini, and Cauliflower. Portions can work for a table of 4. “Parking: The parking lot is very confusing especially the way that they have had to situate the drive-thru and since the first cutout to their lot should only be an entrance they really don’t have a good way to get you to the second cut out to exit.Wheelchair accessibility: The back door is the closest entrance to the handicapped accessible parking but it is a single door with no automatic opener or closer and if you are in a larger power wheelchair as I am it is a bit fiddly to try and get in especially if you are by yourself.”

The pizza is really good (not greasy or too spicy) but we forgot how big the pies are, so make sure you know how many slices you need when you place the order. This was our first time calling for delivery. We were disappointed that they did not honor a Seton Hill student discount that my sister who placed the order had. They also forgot part of our order but promptly came back after we called them. I'd definitely go back here again...not sure if my sister will.”

A thick crust pizza with pepperoni & bacon and a thin crust perogies pizza with no sauerkraut, but added bacon... Both pizzas were absolutely awesome!!! The two employees were sooo very kind and welcoming . It was definitely worth the trip and we will do it again!!! It was exactly what we were craving!!!!”

Service can at times be slow or forget stuff during busy days, but just make sure to ask if they forget anything and they always are apologetic and get you everything you ordered. “I went to Diner Thirty tonight for dinner. What a great experience! I ordered the Chicken Romano and it was served with a side of risotto. It was delicious! The lemon sauce it was served with was perfect. The service was timely and professional. My drink was replenished often. The crostini that came with the meal was seasoned perfectly and served warm! YUM! I highly recommend this new diner in Greensburg! Be sure to visit soon! The menu ranges from all day breakfast to full dinners! It has something for everyone!”

“I have celiac disease, went to this location about a month ago. I informed the manager about needing everything gluten free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything I got in my bowl wasn’t cross contaminated. She went into the cooler to get all new toppings, I was given fresh rice and they cleaned the entire counter / changed gloves before making my bowl. I was treated so nicely and not made to feel like a burden which happens often when you tell someone you can’t have gluten. I did not get sick which is a huge win. The manager also comped the meal because it was my birthday. Everyone in the food industry should take notes from her! I appreciated this more than she probably realized.”
