Sat there for about an hour with hardly any other customers there waiting for our order that we ended up getting to go and took another 20 minutes, only one person there to sit people and take orders plus acting as a busser/server. Only good thing was we got the meal for free after waiting so long.

Run down. Old smelled horrible. Waited as 2 people that came in after were seated before us then online orders were filled then we were seated. 100bill an they couldn't make the breakfast food good at all. Eggs tasted bad an the hashbrowns were HORRIBLE. They were thrown on the grill flipped then flipped an on the plate. Literally burned flipped then burned again. They did this 3 times. To my 2 orders of them an to my daughters. It was just an overall horrible experience an we wont be back anytime soon. An yes waitress... shouldn't of got a tip she did nothing. Not bussing of the dishes an yo top it off my silverwear had food on it still. She looked at me stupidly when I asked for new sets
The service was pretty terrible but I could get past that without writing a review. The thing that I can't get past is the entire hour we were there they played nothing but infomercials for a vacuum robot over the speaker system it was super weird they didn't play any music at all. If I could give zero stars for atmosphere I would.

New meaty cheesy omlete was scanty. I was like, where is the rest of it. The server was polite and overwhelmed by the back of teens that came in. Besides the portion size of the omlete, it tasted great! The restaurant was clean well lite nice atmosphere.

Went today for lunch and should have walked out as soon as I realized that the place was empty (maybe 5 tables with people at it) and it still took 10 minutes for anyone to come over and seat us. We were given two menus for five of us with no kids menus. It took our server five minutes to come over, never introduced herself, and another five minutes to come back with drinks. We were the only table she had at the time. One of the kids spilled their drink and we had to track down a server to get anything to clean it up considering we didn’t have any napkins on the table. We were handed a wet rag and told we could switch tables which we did after we couldn’t get the drink cleaned up with a soaked rag and still no napkins. The food took 45 minutes to come out. We still didn’t have silverware at that time and it took five minutes for the server to come back with them after which time everyone’s food was now ice cold. The children’s pancakes were crunchy and so over cooked it was hard for me to even cut them. Everyone’s eggs were rubbery. No refills were ever offered and our server only came to the table maybe five times over the two hours this entire ordeal took. Before we had even taken more than one bite out of the food she had dropped off the check. After that she was nowhere to be found for another 30 minutes. When she finally came back to take my card for payment she didn’t return with it for almost 20 minutes but she was nowhere to be found. I should have asked for a manager to speak with but I don’t even believe there was one on shift considering how terribly this visit went on all fronts. This was my second trip to this location in the last year and both trips have been the same, terrible service, tragically overcooked food, and a filthy yet empty dining room. I will not be returning to this location.

We waited over 15 min to be seated and they were not busy. Then waited longer to have our order taken only for our food to be wrong...and this is after people who ordered AFTER us got their food first. The "supervisor" who was helping in the kitchen came out and double-checked our order, brought us the remainder of our food and didn't charge us for the extra French toast my daughter had ordered but got written up wrong. She (supervisor) was superb...very nice, attentive, but once she was gone, that was all over. Waited at the register for at least 20 minutes or longer, during which time another couple came to pay and they ended up closing his check first then disappeared again. All during this time, another waitress seen us standing there and questioned us as to whether we were waiting to be seated or pay (after looking at us 3 times before acknowledging us), we told her we were paying, she says "okay" and disappears. I was going to tip 20, then 15, then 5, but after downloading the app, I paid on it without leaving a tip. Worst service EVER. We eat out often, all types of dining establishments, and never have I experience such crap. Never again. I'll go elsewhere...not like ihop is top notch, my grandson wanted their strawberry banana pancakes...ill make them myself next time. Oh and bathroom smelled so badly with no papertowels to dry my hands.

So my server Renae, totally freaked on me for asking why I was charged for toast. The manager literally gave me and my bf a free meal just so we could leave and Renae would shut up. If you don't know who this server is her name tag says "nae" she's a HORRIBLE server. I waited for my coffee for 15 mins. And then butter about 10 mins. Personally I don't want someone that I do believe is using drugs as my waitress but that's just me. And yes, I'm a recovering addict so I can tell when someone's on drugs. But she claims she has ten years clean. Lolololol yaaaa okay. And then messages me on FB and threatens me. Like that's not okay. iHOP, she shouldn't be dealing with the public. Btw the food was good tho.

Waited 15 minutes to be greeted by a server when we were 1 of 4 tables. Then watched a confrontation between a guest and 3 members of the wait staff. We waited about an hour total for some eggs pancakes and toast. When we were 1 of 4 tables. Our food was delivered with no silverware, half my daughter's meal and half my fiance's was missing and "would be out soon". 20 minutes went by without anything! Of course I would have flagged someone down but there was not a single employee anywhere! I mean zero! There was a man waiting to be seated that whole time we waited for the rest of our stuff as well. We FINALLY found a buss boy and had them give us silverware but by then all our food was ice cold. We only paid for 2 of the meals but the meals we received were not worth the price considering I was eating with my hands lol. Never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant in our lives. NOT a place to bring your family!
