I've been coming to this subway for 6 years and after today I will probably not return. I was met by a young man with short hair long in the front with hair dyed tips reddish, I ordered my normal sandwich as I do on a weekly basis , first I've worked in fast food a total of 7 years at a GM level and I understand the struggles. But the young man taking my order was completely miserable and he piled about a million red onions on and showed zero care to making my food like slop when assembling it then on top of that tried to only give me 2 pieces of cheese when it's 4 on a foot long and as well almost every lid was off the top of the veggies and meat and most of the veggies were empty so I got the remaining 4 jalapeños when I asked for jalapeños then when I asked for my sauce he sprayed it pretty much in the middle not even the length of the sandwich and then I got just a sandwich normally I'm charged 8.73 and now I'm charged 10.98 for just a foot long . Now idk if he's new never seen him before but he needs to be trained probably I've never had an issue with the service here till today.

Says they close at 8 but the girl closed at 615. I couldnt hear what she said but it sounded like she said "give me 15 minutes" turns out she had actually said "im closing in 15 minutes" but because she muttered i misunderstood. Once my order was done i sat near the place and she invited her friends over and proceeded complaining about me and blaming me for various things. So i went over and apologized but she only gave me attitude by saying "well thats NOT what i said but whatever" i tried being polite and gave her a nice tip but she chose to be rude. Ive been going there for years and everyone i ever had was polite. Im very disappointed in this girl and she needs to understand that whe someone apologizes to act kind back.

Went to this subway location and hours online say they close at 7. Went there at 6:00pm and two young girls talking to each other just stare at you while there not doing anything! They say oh we’re closed. New hours need posted! Btw mall closes at 9 and they close at 6 ?♀️

I wish I could give 10 stars! This restaurant location is so amazing. I ordered a platter of sandwiches via their "catering" option, and happened to mention (when asking for a substitution) that this was for my son's 5th birthday party and when I picked it up I was amazed at the special attention given to the order for his birthday and a Birthday Card with coupons to boot! He felt so special that they celebrated him. The manager and the staff were so wonderful, I am going to use them for every special occasion now where we want sandwiches. The food was fresh and tasty too! Thank you Subway crew!! :)

We frequent different Subways a lot. First time at this location and last time. The two young ladies working were not very nice and they were out of Three beverage options (possibly more, didn't check every one) at the drink machine. When we asked why, they said they just don't fill them because they don't sell a lot... and didn't even offer to. Wow.
As mentioned by other customers, there are employees here that do not wear their masks properly. On top of that, the employee that helped me was breathing out of their mouth while handling the food without a mask. I am a high risk customer and do not feel safe coming back until the pandemic subsides. On other ocassions before the pandemic, the service has been fairly decent.

If you are concerned about people wearing masks, the one employee replenishing the items had her mask pulled completely down and under her chin which defeats the entire purpose of wearing a mask...My son works at a restaurant, and that would be an automatic fail if an inspector came in. The customer service was not good. Both employees acted as though customers were a bother. In conclusion, this is in a food court at the mall, so my advice is to go to one of the other food vendors. That is what I will be doing next time.
