I walked in with an appetite and was not disappointed. The food and ice cream was amazing! My husband and I split the salmon cake and meat sampler. In the meat sampler we got the pulled chicken, chopped brisket, pulled port, sweet sausage, ribs, and breaded chicken bites. Our favorites were the salmon cake, pulled chicken with zesty white sauce, chopped brisket with hot honey garlic bbq, and the sweet sausage. Everything was so good we ended up walking out with a zesty white sauce, hot honey garlic bbq sauce, and 1/2 gallon of teaberry ice cream. I will definitely be back!
I'm not sure how I was not aware of this establishment earlier. Brought my son tonight to try the ice cream. First impressions, service was very friendly, lots of flavors to choose from. I tried the dirt pudding which I never had in ice cream before but I highly recommend it. My son ordered the cookies and cream. Great atmosphere, I wished I hadn't eaten supper before visiting because I would love to try the meat. The lady at the counter shared how they started and was very pleasant. I will definitely return with the family to try the fire part of the restaurant because the ice was amazing.

I was really looking forward to some brisket, and it was my birthday, so take home was our plan. After years living in Texas I have a real appreciation for Brisket, but I ordered 1 order of the chopped brisket, since they don't serve sliced on Tuesdays. It was so salty I literally could not eat it and had to throw it out. In hindsight i should have tested it first. We also ordered baby back ribs. They were not salty, but extremely dry and lacked any real taste due to the dryness. Basically we ended up spending $30 for food , that for half of which we had to throw out Maybe we should have gotten the ice cream, I don't suppose you can go wrong there. After so many great reviews, I guess it really is a matter of taste. Over salting is just not mine

Stopped in for some lunch. Great brisket sandwich, served with chips and a side of smoked mac and cheese. Paired well with the bourbon BBQ sauce they had. Also ordered some birthday cake and dark chocolate cherry ice cream. Service was fast and friendly, and inside is bright and clean. This hidden gem is worth the drive.

My only complaint was the brisket slider was very salty, but everything else was delicious including the ice cream ! My favorite was the peanut butter ice cream, it was rich like fudge and so creamy! We also enjoyed the smoke deviled eggs with bacon jam, smoked Mac and cheese, and sweet potato waffle fries. I smeared the bacon jam on my sliders and it was great!
