I don't know why this KFC is getting a bad rap, maybe they, struggled a little after Covid, anyways since their back to mostly full service I've been getting my favorites and it's great. Lately the fantastic Chicken sandwich which I like as much as Chic-fil-a and in a way better. It's just as juicy, tasty, but way bigger satisficing this big guy, skip the pickles!
Food was surprisingly high quality. I was pleasantly surprised.. some of the best KFC I have had in a long while. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.The store was not busy. Only one other customer in the dining room.. and the room was nice and warm, which is refreshing after recent visits to nearby Wendy's and Taco Bell restaurants that are drafty and cold.However, the men's bathroom was pretty gross and needed attention. We had to wait for fresh mashed potatoes just a few minutes and the server was very sweet about it and offered everyone in our group a free drink while we waited. She made a wonderful impression!
