There pretzels are super small now and definitely not the same and price went way up would not give to a person in need would feel bad giving that to someone

There was three young ladies working behind the counter all of them were very friendly and smiling. They paid attention to the customers and were overall very nice.

Dough wasn't cooked through on the pretzel dog! Sticky inside but toasted to heck outside... Maybe turn the heat down guys?? Service was quick however.

Just a snack pretzel and it was fresh. The young lady who helped me was pleasant and efficient. There's a decent stock of pretzels here, despite the fact that the rest of the food court was very quiet. I can't imagine that this place does a whole lot of business when it's not the Christmas shopping season.

Pretzels are almost always stale and hard, never fresh. Icee machine usually is never working.

Just waited in line for ten minutes here to get an original pretzel and a drink. The line probably would have moved faster had the only girl working gotten off the phone at any point (very clearly not a business call). When I got up to order I was told it was going "to be awhile, like a really long time" until they would have original pretzels again. Mind you this was at 5pm, nowhere near open or close, what would presumably be a good time to have well stocked shelves. When I asked what else they had, trying to be flexible, I was informed that they had nothing made. Nothing at all. Now I don't have an MBA or anything but I feel like if you're looking to sell pretzels, it may be a good idea to have pretzels to sell. And a little less attitude would have been greatly appreciated. In the past, I haven't had any complaints at this location to be fair. Don't know if this was just a bad day or what.
