Just waited in line for ten minutes here to get an original pretzel and a drink. The line probably would have moved faster had the only girl working gotten off the phone at any point (very clearly not a business call). When I got up to order I was told it was going "to be awhile, like a really long time" until they would have original pretzels again. Mind you this was at 5pm, nowhere near open or close, what would presumably be a good time to have well stocked shelves....read full review

Just a snack pretzel and it was fresh. The young lady who helped me was pleasant and efficient. There's a decent stock of pretzels here, despite the fact that the rest of the food court was very quiet. I can't imagine that this place does a whole lot of business when it's not the Christmas shopping season.
