Placed an online order for 5 people. After grabbing the order getting back to the car, we realized there weren't any spoons or napkins in the bag. My husband went back up to the window to get some. While waiting at the window, 4 employees looked up to see him and went back to do what they were doing. One employee even walked right past the window. I had to honk my horn to get their attention. Their website showed their Memorial Hours were until 9:30pm. Drove 30 mins to get ourselves a treat, only to pull into the parking lot at 6:29pm and be greeted with signs saying they're closing at 6:30 for Memorial Day. If you are closing earlier than listed on your own website, please change that on your website so people do not not waste time and gas.

I ordered a kids dino sundae with chocolate ice cream and syrup, another with non dairy vanilla and syrup, a normal hot fudge sundae, and another item.The first was made with vanilla and syrup, the second was also vanilla and syrup, but not non dairy (glad I double checked) with no syrup.
