“If it was not for Keith, I would not give this Starbucks a 5 star review. He takes your order, while accepting payment, hands you your order, all while making small conversation, and making it look easy! If it's one of the girls, usually they're nasty with not one word and stare at me for payment, as if I am an inconvienence. One day a girl was so rude every time I came through the drive-thru, I started a bad review but was on a time frame and let it go. EVERY morning Keith has truly shown exceptional customer service, thank you!!“
