The first thing that I didn’t like was we stood at the register waiting to order. There were at least 5 employees that looked at us but never said anything. We finally ordered I got a beef and cheddar. The beef was sliced very thick and it was cold. My boyfriend’s sandwich was ok (he got chicken) but he ordered curly fries and instead he got half curly and half crinkly. We both ordered a medium fry but they gave us both two small fries. And my shoes literally stuck to the floor in front of the soda fountain area. I have eaten here in the past but don’t think I will return anytime soon.

This place is gone from one of the best roast beef restaurants around to a place I barely want to go to anymore, they have few employees, in fact they are short staffed. I mean what kind of roast beef restaurant runs out of roast beef beef, that's like a pizza shop no pizza, I don't know who's managing it but they don't know what they're doing, I ordered a cheddar fish sandwich with extra lettuce and got a fish sandwich swimming in tartar sauce and no lettuce how the hell do you mess thar up, my recommendation is if you go through the drive-thru check it before you leave the parking lot
Filthy dirty restaurant. Please clean it up & require the workers to wear clean uniforms.

Arby's gave me completely inedible food. The soda was carbonate water, the lettuce was brown and they didn't even get the order correct. I paid for bacon but just got a nasty piece of chicken on some bread. There was no offer to remake since I ordered through door dash and manager did not care to resolve. Will never eat here again!!!!

Food was okay, but waited 15 minutes for a lukewarm sandwich. Manager sounded miserable herself and was trying her best to make her workers also miserable.
Pulled up to the drive through and sat for about a minute without hearing any greeting through the speaker. Said "Hello?" and immediately greeted with "As I said before I'm currently dealing with people in the drive through." Uhhh, maybe you told someone else that, but we just pulled up. Left and got food elsewhere.

I ordered a number 14 combo sandwich. No ranch mayo. Instead I got was a sandwich with ranch on it. Mayonnaise packets in the bag and something greasy and slimy on the outside of the bread I ordered crinkle fries. They gave me curly fries. I wanted a diet Coke because I'm diabetic and they gave me a regular Dr.
