Bad experience and customer service. I know the management changed, but I didn’t know that’ll affect everything else. I’ve been buying from this location for 9 years (Colonial Park Mall) and I won’t be going back.

The pretzels I've been getting at the smaller kiosk near Boscovs have been disappointing lately, so I walked to the end of the mall to see if I'd have better luck at the main store. Nope. Pretzel was old and tough. Also, they never have enough salt. I'll try Sheetz.

Stopped by for a quick pretzel while passing by. Around mid-afternoon location wasn’t crowded. 2-3 people in line in front. Service was just average. Place was neat and clean. Display case was empty and didn’t have much to show. Have always loved their soft pretzels but somehow this place disappointed me. They were just ok, nothing great this time. Will go to a different location next time.

Sent my two grandsons 10 &11 to get pretzels and a drink. I gave the 11 year old a fifty dollar bill that came out of the atm close to the stand. The young lady ask them for id to take the fifty dollar bill. The nice WW behind me said she paid with a fifty from the same atm and wasn't asked for id. Im sure what Id they would have at there age. Smh

Just walked up to Auntie Anne's with my co worker. As we stood there and debated on what she wanted the cashier literally reached in the case to put pretzel nuggets in the bag. The cashier was very rude and very impatient. Place was filthy and pretzels looked very dry and undipped in butter and there was no bowl of water for dunking the pretzels before salting them. The cashier wasn't even wearing gloves dealing with the raw pretzel dough. Not to mention the cashier looked a mess with makeup running down her face and no hair net and as she took money she proceeded to go back and roll the pretzel dough without washing her hands first.

Although it is a little expensive now for a pretzel, I still love getting a pretzel or pretzel nuggets. They are so good!!

Love their pretzels, especially when they just have finished baking. My wife would ask that the pretzels be dipped again in the melted butter. It didn't matter if the were fresh and just had been dipped 20 seconds ago, she would ask they be dipped again.

My family and I are traveling to Florida to see my in-laws and we went to Auntie Anne’s twice while we waited. The first time was at around 8am and the gentleman working was outstanding. He was very friendly and even let my kids watch him make the pretzels. My youngest was thirst so we went back a little after 10am where the other employee was working as well. My kids asked to watch HER roll pretzels and she yelled at them because they said she and apparently that’s not who she thinks she is. I don’t care about the politics but if you are going to be a transgender do not scream at children for mistaking. Terrible second experience! Fire that employee. The airport was notified of this too
