I normally love Jimmy John’s, worked here for a bit.. but if your closing time is 9pm and I order a half of a turkey sub at 8:35pm you should never call a customer and tell them we just “simply can’t make your order we shut everything down” I’ve worked in food business a long time and I’ve never turned somebody away from food. Even if my grill is spotless if somebody needs to eat and it is not our closing time it will be fulfilled. This was poor management on your part and you fumbled a loyal customer.

First time to a Jimmy John's, and the sandwiches were so good. Got three combos (plus chips and drink) to go - cost $35. They have an excellent variety of sandwiches/wraps that you won't find elsewhere. Cuban Sub was my choice. Others had a spicy sub and a spicy wrap. Everyone was happy. No complaints! Unfortunately, no Jimmy John's where we live.Parking: Store is located in a strip mall, so finding parking could be difficult.

Sandwich was made extremely fast. However despite asking three time he made it incorrectly. Bread was super hard and apparently jimmys peppers are jalepenos.

I came here and was expecting my normal delicious sub and good customer service but I was disappointed. When I got home and opened my subs I was missing multiple items (which I paid extra for) on my subs and even had stuff I specifically asked to NOT be put on my sub on it. Overall, I was just extremely disappointed and the customer service felt rushed.

Employee are always friendly. They make you feel good. I did not expect this from a “chain” store. They give me mom and pop store feeling every time I go in.On top of that they are on point with instructions about how to customize your sandwiches. Great people working behind the counter. Always a smile, and the subs are fresh and delicious! The dine in area has always been extremely clean when I have visited.
Best Jimmy Johns ever. Super clean and excellent music choices! Great subs. Also great to have Tesla chargers nearby

Walked in at 10:30 and the two workers were staring at each other. I asked for a catering box and the fat lady said they needed 24-48hrs notice ?. Called the Jersey Mike’s 2 miles away and they had my same order ready in 20 mins. “Freaky fast subs”. Not at Union Deposit JJ’s. ?

Jimmy John’s is great usually. The reason for only 3 stars is because they charged me 1.59 for avocado spread which I was willing to pay but they gave me a super small amount that’s was probably about .25 cents worth. See pictures. I don’t like feeling like I wasted money and like they purposely withheld what I paid for. Not good for business.

I used to love Jimmy John's and my favorite was always the Beach Club. It's been a couple years since going and I was talking it up to my boyfriend, who's a sub lover. Took him there for his first time and I was so excited, but his sub was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. When he unwrapped his sub, he just stared at it in disbelief because there were maybe only 4-6 slices of meat on his whole Giant sized sub. For how expensive those subs are, they should be able to afford putting more meat on. Idk if it was a mistake, if they were running low on the meat and decided to skimp, or what the case was, but no more Jimmy John's for us, sadly. Don't know what the heck happened.
