50 Best Pizza Restaurants in Harrisburg

“What a great find during a recent weekend in Harrisburg. Our server, Maria, was outstanding - knowledgeable, very friendly, and fun. Other staff members were also very accommodating and gracious. I particularly enjoyed the whipped ricotta app and arugula and beet salad. Highly recommend!“

“their pizzas are amazingly good. you can tell and once you take the first bite that it was freshly made👍“

“Great thin crust pizza, with good cheese and fresh toppings. We will definitely be back!“

“Everything (handhelds, dinners or pizza) we have ever had was absolutely fantastic! This is our lunch/dinner stop anytime we pass through Harrisburg! It is worth venturing off the Linglestown exit. Eat in or take it to go....you will be glad you did!“

“The food was fresh! Yesterday I had the veggie pizza ( outstanding) Today I went back and tried the cheeseburger sub. Again excellent choice. Coming from a food service background, I’ve rated in many restaurants and many states. Fabio made sure that all was perfect. From the fresh bread to fresh ingredients ( you can taste the freshness) GRET JOB. Please please please go there on 3 rd street. ENJY“

“Lovely people. Great wings and pizza. Felt like family. 🤓“

“I tried the buffalo chicken pizza and it tasted really good“

“David's pizza is by far the most amazing pizza restaurant I have ever ate at in my whole life! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for top level food at a very affordable price! I also tonight had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mr Davis himself and let me tell you he is a very special and kind man who cares about his customers which is very hard to find in today's world! Please if you haven't yet try this place out or you are missing out! I know I will be coming back again and again!“

“I am new to the area and this made me feel at home but even better!! I order about every week. Fresh and very hot. Family restaurant and made me feel very welcomed!! I brought my family from back home here for dinner, they enjoy this just as much!! I need to try a few more things on the menu so I can brag more!!“

“I really liked it! Has a homey, hole in the wall feel, lots of interesting types of pizza (taco pizza!!??), nice indoor and outdoor sitting with lots of condiments. Everything you need! And portions are huge and make the price well worth it.“

“If you’re anywhere near Harrisburg and haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out on a slice of Italy itself. These folks are true Italians through and through — you can taste the love and pride in every bite. From the moment we walked in, they treated my family like we were part of theirs. The service wasn’t just good; it was genuine, warm, and downright old-school in the best way. Now, the pizza. Their homemade sauce? Absolute perfection — easily the best we’ve had since our trip to Italy. It’s rich, fresh, and clearly made with the kind of care you can’t fake. The crust hits that magic balance: light, crispy, and chewy. My oldest, who’s never really been into pizza (still not sure how that’s genetically possible), couldn’t stop talking about how good their pie was. That alone says it all. Bottom line: this isn’t just pizza — it’s craftsmanship. A must-have, every time.“

“Stopped for a slice while coming through Harrisburg and they were great! Thin and crispy! Friendly staff.“

“Highly recommend the Grandma’s Trio. Don’t be afraid of the margarita pizza in the middle. I was worried it was too saucy but wanted to step out of my comfort zone. I am SO glad I did! It turned out to be my favorite section, although I must say all three are outstanding. It’s pizza you’ve never had and don’t know you needed, and 100% worth trying. We literally planned a weekend in Harrisburg based on Papa Joe’s. We first tried it two years ago on a trip to the RV show and when the memory popped up this week we decided we needed the 2.5 hour road trip. Thanks for another great meal!“

“My favorite pizza around! Online ordering is so easy, delivery is quick, and their sauce is amazing!“

“Great food love this place. And great customer service“

“My parents and I just ordered a large pepperoni pizza ! Taste amazing. Been going here since I was like 5 years old. Thank you Carlo and Ethan for great service and great food.“

“They have delicious pizza, and so happy they make a white pizza! If you order 2 medium or 2 large pizzas on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, you get a free 2-liter.
They also have delicious stromboli, calzones, and subs. Eat here! Just eat here!“

“Incredible bread - I appreciate the use of Italian flour and making the pizza dough themselves. Most pizzerias use garbage premade stuff.

I got the plain cheese. The sauce wasn’t very interesting unfortunately. Aside from the bread, the sauce makes the whole pizza for me.“

“I love pizza and I have never been a big Sicilian pizza fan but their plain Sicilian is hands down the best pizza I have ever had. Not just Sicilian, the best pizza in general. Not to mention how amazingly friendly the staff is. I could not recommend this pizza more! It truly is amazing“

“Hands down, best chicken wings in Harrisburg! Sauce Boss is a hidden gem. We had a 24pc plate with our 4 favorite flavors of perfectly cooked wings; mango habanero, lemon pepper dry rub, garlic Parmesan and buffalo sauce. The truffle fries were very tasty as well with truffle oil, parmesan cheese and parsley. Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They don’t sell beer but you may bring your own. I recommend this place!“

“I got a veggie pizza and fries . It was very good and the service was amazing as well . The woman at the register was Beautiful 👀👀👀 ...“

“Amazing and quick. Ordered the chickens and lamb on rice while just down the road and was ready in less than 10 minutes for me to pick up. Got it home and dug in and it was amazing. Wife is a little more hesitant to try some stuff. She tried this and loved it. Full of flavor. We will def be getting this again. Highly recommend.“

“Walk in and you step back in time a bit. Personal cheese pizza for $8 is extremely reasonable. Many other combination as well as specials available. There are plenty other options as well to try. I'd return to try something else. Very good service.“

“I ordered through grubhub, this was my first time ordering from Niko's. I got a pepperoni pizza and it was great. There was plenty of pepperoni and cheese, the crust was crispy. I will definitely be ordering again!“

“Consistently great food and friendly service. I will drive 15 minutes to go here when there are other pizza shops closer to my home. There aren't any pizza shops that compare.“

“The Funnel Cake fries ! 😋❤“

“Very helpful staff. Had a free pizza from Verizon that I could not get the coupon to work. Staff took the time to help me get the coupon to work. They went above and beyond to help.
My only comment on atmosphere was it was freezing cold in the table area where you eat. I think they need to adjust the cold air that blows right on the tables. No other complaints.“

“I don’t ever go out of my way to do reviews… however I ordered pizza today for a work event and The first pizza shop cancelled my order after I waited an hour. I called Ninos and they had 4 delicious pizzas whipped up and delivered within a half hour!! So thankful for that!!!“

“the manager Junior was AMAZING!!! i can't reccomend him enough!! we had our son and daughters birthday at chuck e cheese and he made it unforgetable!!! the kids were saying they can't wait to come back now. one of the best experiances i have had for the children's birthday! we were deciding between Dave and busters and chuck e cheese... we took a chance and Junior made it an AMAZING experiance! He went above and beyond, serving the pizza for us, making sure the table and drinks were all ready when we got there, dancing and interacting with the kids, being so friendly nice and welcoming. the kids (and adults) had a blast. worth EVERY penny! THANK YOU JUNIOR AND STAFF FOR CREATING A UNFORGETABLE BIRTHDAY!“

“Amazing pizza and amazing staff! They accommodated our family of 5 without reservations. We had a delicious meal and the atmosphere was comfortable.“

“This place has amazing pizza! I’m very picky with my pizza options in the Harrisburg area but this place pleasantly surprised us with delicious pizza. We had a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and you can tell they use good quality cheese and good pepperoni. We also had some of their pastries, we had the guava pastry with a cheese filled quesito, they were both good. They would taste better warmer or freshly made but they keep them refrigerated. If you’re planning to dine-in, you must be aware that it’s a small place and tables are limited but if you’re doing takeout, this is a perfect small local business to support while eating some delicious and decently prized food. We will be back!“

“The first time I went there, I got pizza. It was pretty good. It had a sweet sauce to it, but it was good.
The second time I went there, I got 3 chicken tacos. Oh my God!!! Absolutely fabulous 👌🏻..!!!! Three tacos for only $10. Great deal! Homemade Pico de Gallo which was outta this world! It's definitely fresh made every day! These guys definitely know how to make legit Mexican food. Highly recommend!!!!

Thank you Gabriel's.“

“We ordered via DoorDash. Medium split topping of cheese and pepperoni. Also a cheesesteak Stromboli. We thought the prices on DoorDash were steep but the food was totally worth the price. It’s hard to find good pizza in Harrisburg that isn’t greasy. This place is spot on. Sorry, it was so good we only have the empty boxes as proof. We will order again.“

“I had a great lunch special here. For just under 12 bucks you can get a hoagie, fries and a drink. It's a good deal and the sandwich and fries were excellent! The fries were perfectly crisp, not spongy like the McDonald's across the parking lot. And the hoagie was spot on.“

“I just moved to North Steelton area and when I first moved in I decided to order pizza. So, I Googled pizza shops that deliver by me. This was about 9pm and there was a shop 2 blocks away and said they closed early, so I looked at Google again and found a few that were still open and deliver. I checked them all out and Pizza Delight was rated highest so I placed my order on the Slice App. Pizza Delight has now become my favorite pizza shop in the Harrisburg area! I've ordered different pizzas, subs, and sides and have yet to get something that I didn't like! I've been here 3 weeks now and have made one order every week so far. I don't know who to thank at Pizza Delight, but I want to give you a shout out for making good food and delivering to my N Steelton home!“

“Best chicken I've had in YEARS! so crispy and crunchy but the meat is moist but not greasy at all! Carrot cake was amazing as well! can't wait to go back.“

“Fabulous surprise!! The food was fabulous! Stop by and try it for yourself. It was so full of flavor. I will be back!“

“Absolutely the best subs in Harrisburg!“

“Being someone of Italian heritage, I won’t buy pizza from anywhere else in Harrisburg. This is the closest to the authentic Italian pizza I have had in the city. Even the plain cheese pizza is packed with flavor. My boyfriend always gets bacon and/or sausage on his, and it’s always fresh, and they definitely don’t skim on the toppings! This place is a hidden gem.“

“Best Pizza and sub in the area at very reasonable price..“

“Went in for a slide and got the meat lovers thick crust. Large piece for $3.98 with tax. While waiting I was shocked to see the very large menu of subs, cold and hot, salads and Strombolis. Casual setting if you dine in with great 80s music and sever was great. I was feeling like I walked into a joint in NYC the minute I opened the door and when I saw the sever wearing a NY cap, I figured I was right on with a smile on my face.“

“The food was delicious! I would buy there again!“

“I love the pizza I love the dessert it reminded me a lot of CiCi's pizza so I will be back again when I come back around this area cuz I'm from 5 hours away“

“Was in the neighborhood and stopped for a pizza. Didn't really know what to expect, but what I got was one of the best pizzas I've had, just below Pequods Pizza in Chicago and Marcello's pizza in Carlisle. Best in the immediate area for sure. Check it out!“

“I've been coming here since they first opened which was years ago! This pizza place never let's me down, has a great variety of food and a great atmosphere.“

“We were at the farm-show . This place Was close to our hotel. I love pizza and am Italian so kinda snobby about my pizza. Crust is a little thin but delicious!!! I got white pizza my husband got traditional. Staff friendly! Even joked about their poor choice in the ravens 😂😂😂. Go steelers ! Great pizza“

“This is hands down my favorite pizza place. I drive out of my way to get to tonino's Pizza. I've been going here for over 20 years. The staff is very friendly. The owner is a sweetheart. always smiling when you come in. when I was younger I grew up not far from here. when I got older I moved a half hour away and when craving pizza this is where I go or the one in enola. They also have an amazing steak salad“

“great service polite and clean“

“Had an amazing first experience here. All of the employees were so friendly and treat each other and customers like family. Our cashier, Barbie, was particularly sweet and kind. We got takeout subs - meatball, and roast beef. Both were so tasty and fresh! I loved the bread. My daughter, who is picky about meatball subs, said hers was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. Our subs were made lightning fast and were huge. We will definitely be returning!!“

“Pizza boil food is always good Hot and fresh The staff is very friendly“
