Hey Everyone!!! I had the most fabulous and wonderful and amazing time at Red Lobster this afternoon!!!!
I was celebrating my Wonderful Friend and Mentors birthday! She’s sweet !
And we had the most wonderful, kind , sweet caring, amazing waitress Kenza! She made the day so special and happy 🥰!!!!! When you go to Red Lobster 🦞 Ask for Kenza she will give you such wonderful service and treat you kindly! I was so happy 😀 to meet her!
we waited one and a half hours past our reservation time. the manager was extremely rude. and we didn't get drinks to our table after finally sitting for 45 minutes. our food took another hour plus. when it did arrive most of ours was cold. and they screwed up the the bills. I still was told there was an 18% gratuity on top due to the size of the party. there is still no way it should have taken 3 and 1/2 hours to see 10 people with a reservation. my daughter was a kitchen manager...read full review
I was very disappointed with the Manager. We were in on Sept. 17, 2022. Our server was Wonderful!! He kept Apologizing because our drinks and salads took some time. But we didn't even notice and it was honestly okay!! When it was time for us to pay we paid at the table but our receipt did not print and Alex told us to grab it upfront.
