literally awful. messed up every single item in my order. ordered a ham and swiss croissant, got a cheese danish. order an oatmilk shaken espresso, got regular milk and i’m lactose intolerant. do not order at the register they cannot hear and cannot listen. also the espresso tasted burnt

The store manager, ( alarabi ) was incredibly welcoming and made sure that Everything was running smoothly. They were attentive to both customers and staff, ensuring that everyone had a positive experience.They were knowledgeable about the menu, took the time to answer my questions, and made recommendations that perfectly suited my taste. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable.The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. Horrible customer service , the barista’s lack the common decency of discretion and professionalism. I have personally never had an encounter positive or negative since I do mobile orders and no one acknowledges when I walk in or out! Since Chris left but I did witness the barista Lisa be extremely difficult with a customer who asked for a lid. Lisa, rolled her eyes and threw the lid on the counter! I was surprised and looked the customer who was as shocked as I was! Lisa and Makaila were laughing and carrying on, about a lady with her husband! Stating I don’t want your man! I can have him if I want.I mean yikes ? can I just get my coffee ☕️ ladies ??

I am deeply sadden! My family and I have longevity, valuable customer(s), loyal and spend an obnoxious amount of money at the Union Deposit location! Going in multiple times into this establishment daily! A month ago my husband left a review regarding his overview on the store as of lately! We have seen at the very least 3 managers come and go! This time around the store in itself is suffering! As a pillar of our neighborhood and numerous customers sharing their concerns with my husband, he then decided to leave a review with pictures to show and proof his concern!On this fine Sunday morning !! As we are ordering our coffee! The asst. store manager or supervisor “ Makayla” decided to call my husband out on the review!! She was very outspoken on her view regarding his review and continued to mention that his review was NOT good! Totally disrespectful, unprofessional and uncalled for! Is this Starbucks policy?? Reminder:: We were at the counter ordering our drinks and food! t's important for businesses to address customer concerns and strive to improve their service. It's unfortunate that this assistant store manager chose to call out my husband in front of staff and customers instead of addressing the issues raised in his review constructively. A respectful and customer-oriented approach is crucial in maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.I knew something was off for several weeks, they would make us wait a little longer for our coffee, when at the counter they would make us wait quit some time before they acknowledged us, for example. “the new manager will stay looking at his laptop before attending to us” But I did not connect the attitude or lack of customer service until now! I work for a huge medical company! We get complaints on the daily! At no time do we approach the customer! We take the complaints to consideration and do better!!I believe due to recent changes in management have had a negative impact on the store, and the behavior of the assistant store manager towards my husband was unprofessional.My husband was the norm in Cheers at this Starbucks! He met with clients, referred ppl and even stopped a customer from stealing the staffs jar of tips from the counter!!. This location was a friendly place to enjoy our coffee and meet new people! It was diverse with People who would might not have never interacted were now saying good morning and have a great day and or developing friendships and networking! We will no longer be a customer at the union deposit location.. Don’t get me wrong, there are still some baristas that are great like MISSY and Rob!Remember, speaking out and leaving a review is important to create awareness and bring about change. Your voice matters! I am encouraging others to use their voice as well in all aspects in life and don’t be intimidated by anyone! Hopefully, my feedback will help the store reevaluate their practices and work towards providing a better experience for all customers

I went to get coffee at the Starbucks today ! It was snowing bad weather. I just want a good cup of coffee . I left a good tip thank 5 dollars thank them for coming in the snow . The cashier never thank me and my coffee was cold . Never willing do that . My experien bad just wanted my Starbucks to start my day .

The quality of service, the quality in the coffee being made is currently horribles! The coffee either taste like milk, water or just simply bitter! The place is dirty, the customer service sucks and the manager is a stuffy, plain, no character waste of space! Not all the staff are bad! But my coffee definitely depends on who is making it. I have been a customer there for over 12 yrs! Seen at least 3 managers come and go but this latest one is the worst ever! Please make a surprise visit! You will see!! Not the same! So many customers have moved on! Am sure you see in it the revenue.
