My husband and I decided to stop to grab some ice cream on our way through town. I ordered a chocolate soft serve ice cream cone with cherry dip. I pulled up to the window and was handed a vanilla soft serve with cherry dip in a dish. I specifically asked for a come due to me having to drive. I went back through the drive through to ask for a replacement. She apologized and said she would have a new one at the window. When I got to the window, I was handed a chocolate soft serve with cherry dip still in a dish. I politely said “it was supposed to be in a cone” and she responded with an attitude “I can put a cone on top” I told her not to worry about it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this DQ as this wasn’t the first issue I’ve had here.
