“Someone gave me a Texas Roadhouse gift card. I was riding out Union Deposit so I did an online order. It was my first time doing it online so my order only took about 15 minutes to get done. I went inside and let them know I ordered online. So I was sent back to Jason. 😊 He has exceptional customer service. I let him know him I was going to rate him. I give him a 5 star 🌟. Ty Jason keep up the good work 👏 I just love their blooming onion w/ranch dressing , strawberry cheese cake and a sprite soda. 😋“

“I REALLY enjoy a good steak that being said, I ordered a New York strip steak with 3 eggs over easy on it Yep, you guessed it. They don't have eggs. They really don't have eggs in this restaurant. With that being said, I went to my next favorite which is onions. I said, I would like to have half an onion on my steak and then My next question was what type of onions do they use? My server said they're yellow I took for granted that they were the small yellow onions that you use when doing sauteed onions for steaks etc. When my steak came out it really looked great. Lots of onions on it and they even gave me a bowl of onions on the side which I thoroughly appreciated. Now that being said, I now put on my chef hat.
1- The steak was very tough
2- The onions were sweet onions. I would never use these onions to put on any steak. My suggestion is that management needs to understand the difference between their onions and do them at the same time you do the steak You do not want to do them in advance and having them set on your serving line. Why they get? Soggy and they become sweet when they're overdone. In this case, I am referring to the upper management of this organization because local management I perceive does not make the decisions as to the type of onions being used. I want to point out I have many years of being a chef and running a Business.
3- Eggs on a steak YES! and I'm not the only one who loves steak and eggs. And for those who want to stick their nose in the air get over it ! Steak and eggs are not repeat not just for breakfast. So introduce it on your menu. I think you'll find that you're going to be very surprised. People don't ask for it because they don't see it and you're not presenting it or promoting it. Get out of your box.

“Love this place. They are always friendly and for how busy they get the food is consistently good and quick service. Someone made a comment about the price being high but I disagree. The amount of food you get and the quality makes it worth it. 10/10 always recommend.“

“I’m not sure what people you have working there currently, but I suggest you hang onto them! We haven’t been there for a while because the last few times weren’t that great. However, last night ( 3/8 ) we went in for dinner. You guys were packed, but the wait wasn’t terribly long at all. I think that’s one of the best dinners we’ve ever had there. Everything was done perfectly and our waiter was awesome as well. So whatever you’re doing, keep doing it! Can’t wait to go back“

“Very clean restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The food was good for the price. The appetizers came out hot and fresh as did the salads. The Longhorn porterhouse steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare as requested and spiced nicely.“

“Decided to stop at outback before we went to a movie last night. Got there an hour and a half before our movie time. We did get on the list ahead of time so we only had to wait 10 minutes before being seated. Once seated our order was taken about 10 minutes later which should have left plenty of time to eat. After 25 minutes our soup and salad came. After 45 minutes of waiting after ordering we asked how much longer it was going to be and she told us we were 4th in line. We informed the server that we needed to leave and that we needed our food to go and we would reheat the food after we got home. She sent the manager over and her solution was to offer a free bloomin onion or app on our next visit. Nothing comped. $106 plus tip for reheated food and soggy sides. I had ordered the ribeye and grilled shrimp which I ordered medium. Upon getting home and opening my food, they forgot to give me my shrimp and my steak was cooked rare. Like had been cooked 1 minute each side. They basically slapped our order together once we said we were leaving and sent us home with garbage.“

“Ordered some food for my fiancée and myself to take home. We got home and realized that the peanut butter pie was missing (which is phenomenal by the way). We called, and they were super apologetic. Got there a few minutes later to pick it up, and they wouldn’t let us leave without a second desert and a gift card for the inconvenience. Not only is the food amazing here, but the customer service is next level. If I could give higher than 5 stars I absolutely would.“

“I love the salad bar, you can make a meal of it. Has soups,nachos,breads, fruits, Chilli n cornbred. The salad bar has many different salads. Pasta, corn, potatoes and a plethora of toppings g a formtour salad. This is a highly under rated place to eat. Go enjoy the salad bar“
