WARNING DO NOT LIVE HERE! I would only suggest moving here if you love horrible smells, gross living accommodations, and not getting your security deposit back. When you go to visit they will only show you nice places that are not finished yet so you don't really have an idea of where you will be living. When you move in, you will be disappointed. To start, there are bugs and smells that just don't go away, you need to use air fresheners or just get used to it. The whole place is extremely outdated and it feels like you are back in the 70's. The laundry room was just redone this last year, but don't let that fool you, it is still a gross mess. They are constantly towing people out of the parking lot too. I counted on one Friday night seven cars being towed out. On my first week living there a leak came in the roof and made my bedroom smell horrible and I couldn't sleep in there until it was fixed. Took them almost a week to do that. They love to tell you maintenance will come to fix something for you, but you will be lucky if someone does come after the first time you ask. They also have to enter your apartment to read the electric meters every month so be aware of that too. As far as my security deposit goes, they refuse to return it. There was zero damage, paid my rent on time, and was a perfect tenant. No reason to keep my security deposit and after talking with Terry, the horrible property manager, I am left with no choice but to go to small claims court. The upside to this place is that it is cheap. But that is it. If you don't want to spend a lot of money and are fine with terrible living conditions, then this is the place for you!

Very nice set up in the places. Great view. Very convenient as for as being close to downtown I have been living here about 5 years. It's convenient because of location! The property Name is Terry and he lies I was told I would be getting new carpet and my abpartment painted. That never happened! I had a fire a month ago and they are just now as I type here to clean and replace my oven...only because I called city codes. They have people's cars towed! There is no restaurant! And hasn't been for years!!! There is no convenient store and has not been again for at least 2years....the barber shop only cuts white people hair, our family room has been filled with old furniture for YEARS so do believe the hype.. please think twice! One time with maintenance LIVING in the building they let a 75 year old lady sit in the lobby all night because she couldn't pay the unlock fee! Ridiculous.. the heating!! Is Inadequate in the winter it's FREEZING in these apartments they control the heat.. just think twice before moving here.. that property manager is a wolf in sheep's clothing because he lies!!!...I

A great place to live would like to thank the staff/management for making my living here so enjoyable. This must be the best building I have lived in in the last 30 years. I was away on business when my wife (for the first time) had to take care of all the arrangements by herself. The staff was there to guide her through the process very quickly. She wanted to surprise me with everything being moved in by the time I finished my business in AZ. Cable and amenities were all in place by the time I arrived. I feel the building is very accommodating with its Barbershop, Gym and restaurant. Even though there are other shops here, these are the essential ones to me. Yes, someone was teasing about older people living in the building, like me, 55 years young. But, there are a lot of those 'baby-boomers' and young people living here too, a nice, diverse environment. Plus, the location downtown is fantastic. I can get to wherever I need to go. If the bus (least expensive I have found) can't get me there, the highway system is very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a nice, comfortable, affordable apartment to live.
