We love primo - 2nd time this has happened where I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff when coming an hour before closing - they think nothing of making rude comments about customers or orders while you are literally standing in the store. Sorry Primo Hatboro but we’ll find another franchisee or another shop all together if it’s too much trouble to expect to put an order in while you are literally still open.
Great place but for the love of god they need to teach their staff how to find cherry peppers on their system when people order. Not banana peppers, not roasted peppers. Cherry peppers that are in your menu. Three years now and everytime I order I have to explain the difference or that yes they indeed have that. And if it’s a call I order, my sandwich always has the wrong thing.
