Salmon had 2 bones in it. And it was a tiny piece. I understand fish has bones but I've had salmon many times and this is the first time I've experienced this

Whoever the Manager and the female is, on 12/21/2021 at 1:00 pm, that waited on me at the drive thru, went out of their way to make sure I got pepper for my food when the store is out of take out packets, I Thank You! Just can’t do chicken fries and slaw without pepper. And the food was good fried just right.

Definitely 5 stars food was excellent cooked fresh for us with only about a 4 minute wait. Manager and staff was super nice. Was asking about why don’t they don’t have dine in yet. And they said staffing. People who don’t understand about staffing issues and the problem. If you can be disrespectful to people who are tying to serve you the best they can without enough people working. Be nice to the people who serve you food and talk to them and get to know them instead of just complaining about not having dine in.AGAIN IF YOU ARE THAT UPSET ABOUT DINE IN AND DON’T CARE ABOUT THE STAFFING ISSUE YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

No dining in, must use the drive thru. Food was hot. The new lobster bites were ok. I'd get them again. Always liked the fish but would enjoy less batter on it. Hate the hush puppies but that's my taster. Too dry.

Very difficult to place an order. Signs all over the building contradicting each other about the dining room, picking up to go ordersOne said come inside to pick up, but the doors were locked. I was Bobtailed sitting in front of the drive thru, and could see inside. Placed my order online and said BIG GREEN TRUCK AT DRIVE THRU. The kitchen guy fixed my order, and didn't package itWhen I finally got inside to receive my food he said "I didn't know what that meant".Pretty ignorant......Lousy service ALWAYS comes down to bad management

I really like their food. Excellent. Today I got the 3-chicken, 2-fish meal with cole slaw and pierogies. And an order of Lobster Bites. You should know that there is no indoor dining or ordering. It is all drive-thru because of Covid. But definitely a great place.
Place has gone downhill got food there on August 27 2021 chicken was horrible the coating was like dry or something the Cole slaw was spoiled they are back to ordering at the drive thru again very dissatisfied. Been going there since I was a kid and I am 56 now never had a bad meal there but this one sucked 16 pieces of chicken 2 fish 3 fries and Cole slaw . French fries were okay the rest sucked.

Ever since jaron the old manager left things have been a lot better. The people working has been polite, kind of faster service. The only downfall is that it’s very greasy. Maybe the should change the oil more often
