The customer service at this place absolutely sucks. I went through. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and it didn’t really look like it had the extra hot fudge that I paid for so I asked to confirm and she said yes so I tried to take it, and then she said oh, give me the eyes like that oh God, and she went and put more on it and gave me such an attitude and was extremely disrespectful. This is a very common occurrence of this place and it was a manager. I am extremely upset.

Ordered two sandwiches...Double Cheeseburger with only ketchup and a McChicken with no lettuce. Get home the McChicken has a ton of lettuce which was fine I'll just scrape it off not the first time it's happened. Open the Double CHEESEburger and it's just two buns with two burgers. The ingredient name is in the sandwhich name. They have the computers and the slips to tell employees how to make them. That's 2 filters to not make the order wrong and somehow they did it twice in one order. I don't know what to say besides make sure the employees read the slips and double check them.

Employees cursing and speaking aloud about their personal business, scratching scabs off their faces and then touching food, playing with their hair and then touching food. When another custome rapproached the female that took her order just looked at her ?its a shame they do not teach customs and courtesies anymore or how to be personable

So I went in the drive thru to order a cup of hot tea and the girl told me that they don't sell hot tea. I asked her again when I got to the window to pay for my coffee and she again told me they don't sell hot tea. When I got my coffee I asked the girl if they sold hot tea and she said yes. The point is how can you work at McDonald's and not know that they sell hot tea people like that shouldn't even be working in a McDonald's that's just common sense that McDonald's sells hot tea.

Went inside for a take out order. 30 mins for a double cheeseburger and chicken nugget. The one worker had no gloves on, texting on their phone, rubbing her eye, then packaging your food. The other was more worried about the crack she got on her phone because she was texting and dropped it. I had to ask where my order was , then they made it quick. No hair nets, all the girls had long hair. I threw my food out as soon as I got home. You’re definitely getting sick or hair in your food. $19 and 30 mins for 2 items to be thrown out. Will never go back. Save yourself time and money and go to Wendy’s which is a lot cleaner
Learn how to put the lids on completely. You don’t tell the customers to watch the lids. There goes your car and your clothes. Ridiculous ?

Order #1274. 6pm. 10Dec24. Spent 10 minutes in drive thru because they said they were making fresh fish filled. What I got was well done fillers and cold fries. And no I didn't eat it when I got home. I pulled straight into a parking spot. SMH.
