This food truck is one of the best I've ever eaten at, period! The birria quesadilla I ordered was so delicious - besides being MASSIVE, it had a generous amount of tender shredded beef and melty cheese, with a crispy (but not too thick) tortilla, which was easy to dip. The stew was full and flavorful, too, with notably-fresh cilantro and a good balance of oil-to-veggies. El Gordo is a genuine birrieria, and definitely worth checking out!
