Today was my first and also my last time visiting a popeyes store. I went through the drive through. The person that was taking my order asked me of I prefer to be assisted in Spanish (I am Jamaican). Went to pay and people keept talking to me in Spanish but that's not the worse then I had to park on the side and wait 27 minutes for my food the sad part was after my family and I went home to eat. The food was disgusting fries chicken bread and drink all a waste of money. Business owners please train your employees before they go to assist people.

This is one of the worst Popeyes location ever . This workers have I don’t care attitude . Pull you over for 20 plus minutes. They don’t even apologize or nothing . They have that attitude like you owe them but they forget that customers are the reason why they need work . This location always gets me so upset and angry . Like no customer should ever feel like that. You have to wait so long for just chicken like come on . Hazleton location needs to train this entitled workers .

They forgot our sides added things that we didn't order had to correct it at the window, was told to pull forward so it wouldn't add to their timer, then watched his eight people got their food before us, we ordered two chicken sandwich meals, had to go back in for missing items, $28 this is why no one eats fast food anymore.

This is probably the worst fast food place to go to in the entire area of Hazleton besides Chipotle. The service is horrendous not to mention my order is constantly wrong and theres nothing ever done about it. I am dumbfounded that this store is still running with the lack of care from the workers and just how disgusting this place is. Maybe hire people who have pride of where they are.

Hardly anyone inside, yet nowhere to really sit to eat. Order was not right. Prices are ridiculous. Should have went to a steakhouse. At least I would have had a real meal for the money we spent.

Prices are outrageous, had to wait for chicken. I didn't mind waiting, it was the fact then they gave the chicken out to drive through orders that were coming in after my oder was placed. Then they gave me white meat chicken which I don't care for without even asking first as a substitute.The side of rice was incredible tiny... There were a customer have a meeting on his phone in the dining room, he was using his phone on speaker so we had to hear his whole meeting and couldn't even hold a conversation between ourselves. No way a 3 piece meal and 5 piece tender should cost over $30... WE WILL NEVER RETURN!

Never again! Worst restaurant ever. Went there for lunch. first choice on the menu. Not available. Second choice. Not available. Third choice. Finally they had. Only water came out of the soda machine. Was told they don’t have any coke a cola products. Asked for ketchup for fries. Didn’t have ketchup. What the hell kind of place is this. Also very expensive for a crappy lunch. It’s no wonder the place was empty for lunch hour.

Every time I order here there’s a always a delay of 20+ mins.I live 25 mins away and before I leave my house I order from the app thinking my food would be ready by the time I get there. Well even if I order 25 mins ahead of time I go through drive thru and I’m told I have to wait another 15+ mins ALWAYS. Even when I’m the only one in the drive thru they always make me wait. They need to get rid of all those teenagers and hire new employees, and every time I look Inside there’s employees leaning back, talking and joking around. Reason why there’s always a delay.

Come on down if you want to be blatantly talked about in Spanish. Food wasn't good and the place is a dump. Employees are more worried about making gross noises and acting incredibly unprofessional. No lids or napkins. Won't come back.
