My food was warm/cool. I also didn't receive certain items and got the wrong items. The workers didn't seem like they really cared about their jobs. All 3 of them were outside taking a smoke break and changing one trash can while someone Sat at the drive thru for a minimum of 7 minutes before they went back in to take the person's order.

Sat for literally half an hour for food after horrible customer service ordering and my food come out burnt doesn’t have any cheese nothing just a single burnt patty in a burnt bun. Horrible establishment!!

This is as our first time at a Sonic and if this is representative of their service will be our last.Ordered and paid online to make things easier- arrived and parked at any stall as directed, then told to go to drive up, then had to park and wait for food. Food as not hot, we were missing an order of tenders, and the Sprite Zero was really zero as it was just the soda water.A HUGE disappointment...

Sonic, just close this place already. I've been traveling this stretch of road for years. I've stopped here maybe a dozen times, trying my luck, and their ice cream machine is always broken. They have fried food, and that's about it. If you pull up to the stalls, if they're working, they tell you to go to the drive through.If you want some tater tots, I guess go ahead, but if you want any ice cream... you know, most of their menu, just go to the turkey hill next door. At least they have stuff there consistently.

Listen, the food here is pretty good. At least the sonic blasts are. Really the only thing I get any more. But for the love of God, they really need to do something about the service and wait time. Drive through is horrendous....tried ordering online pickup, said to go to a stall and ring buzzer. Nobody came ...went to drive thru, waited forever, in fact still waiting and I was able to make this review. And based on these recent reviews....it doesn't look like this has been escalated to the franchise owner, or they just don't care. Pretty sad.

Ordered the new pulled pork BBQ burger, got home and no burger, but was charged for it. Ordered large sides, got medium. Ordered 2 combos, with milkshakes, only one was made a combo. And when we pulled into the drive in spot, we were told to go to the drive thru to order. It was my boyfriend's first time there and it wasn't a good first impression. And the drive thru speaker kept cutting out so neither side could hear the first time. Needs to get better.
Waited 20 minutes no one came out had to go to door to see why the delay. Only customer in the parking lot.

My family and I visited this location for the first time and to say we were disappointed is a MASSIVE understatement. When we arrived the parking lot looked so run down it was like entering an apocalypse movie. The speaker barely worked, the sign was so worn you couldn't read it, and it took forever for someone to finally take our order. We waited an insane amount of time for our food and when we finally did we were in shock. The drinks were so bad they immediately got thrown away. No syrups in any of the drinks, it was like drinking sink water. The food was ICE COLD, and it looked terrible. The taste was even worse off, one bite was all you needed to know how absolute trash the food is at this location. Money down the drain, everything got thrown away.

Food was absolute trash, fries harder than my dads nipples, burger tasted like dumpster water, I’ve worked in enough food service to know that everyone who works there drinks the sodas, so you would think they would know when there is absolutely 0 syrup being dispensed. I mean clean your soda machine at least once a year, hasn’t been to sonic in a long time, and now when I pulled up and saw that the place looked deserted I don’t ask myself why anymore. You have officially made me hate hazleton a little bit more. No surprise

I wish I could give zero stars. Why does it take 5 mins for them to even take your order even when NO ONE is in the drive thru, and 2 people are staffed working! If u don't have a solid ten minutes to wait for one burger don't waste your time. Maybe If the girls had nails under 6 inches, their hands could work faster? Idk, but Seriously I shouldn't leave the drive thru with scratches from Edward scissor hands. The whole place is Horrible. The service is ungodly...Idk how they stay in business...
