They don't often pay attention to how many flavor shots you ask for. They have no issue fixing an order if something ends up wrong though. Some staff mean-mugs you though & sometimes I'm a bit frightened to stop there before work but my dunkin coffee is what makes work tolerable so I go anyways. This was truly my worst experience at a Dunkin so far. I’ve been here several times and never had any issues until today. The drive-thru lady REPEATEDLY messed up the order several times even after trying to correct the issue. Then proceeded to cut me off while talking so I had to finish my order when I went around to the window. Great! Solved the problem. Nope. I get my order and my coffee tastes like it was made with sewer water. Zero sugar, whipped cream (which I do not like), and the wrong cream/milk. It was an ICED PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE. I can’t even have regular milk so I have to just throw the whole coffee away. There is also randomly added ingredients that do not belong in my coffee which is so bizarre. On top of that, she forgot one of the straws too. I am so infuriated that I even wasted my time or money this time. This was by far the most eye opening experience & I will not be back.

My wife, mother-in-law, and I go here almost every single morning on our early morning ventures. The staff are always warm amd friendly. My wife has a special request that they grab her French Cruelller from the middle of the tray (she likes them super soft), and they have no problems accommodating her request. Best Dunkin' around!

If I could give zero stars I would. The family that owns it are so incredibly rude especially the daughters of the owner. Made my coffee wrong 3x and gave me such attitude. Doughnuts were still actually frozen so you know they aren’t fresh. They have new faces weekly so they can’t keep anyone. If I need Duncan I will drive to Somerset to avoid this bad attitude family.
